There is smoke of cigarettes everywhere, not only in your room, but also in the hotel corridors. And the room is very very small which doesn't match the picture they posted in the booking website.

The location is not great. The rooms are not clean and there is a bad smell in the room Very noisy rooms. Traffic noise all night Most of the staff don't speak English.

No isolation on the window so you can hear any voice from the street. I had called the reception desk to change the room and they mentioned all windows are like this. I had to struggle to get Chinese vat invoice for days. Obviously the hotel is not really willing to pay taxes

nothing to be honest. the only thing is that, they offered to cancel my booking straight away after I complained about the smell and no windows at the room.

I’ve been in so many hotel and I’m very confident to say, this was the worst in terms of dirtiness and awful smell. even though it has a high rate, so either it was good or the rating is made up.

The staff does not speak English

I made a reservation for 3 days but I only had to stay 9 hours at the hotel because the flight time changed and I asked for a refund at least for one day, they agreed but they sent me to ask from booking.com because I made the reservation through them, booking.com told me to ask from the hotel

Good location, near of metro station (Line 3) - Bayun Airport and Guangzhou East Railway Station on the same line. Personnel can speak English, friendly to foreigners during this tough time Rooms are clean, good environment and AC No insects I don’t know about breakfast, but they have. I didn’t tried.

Paco Hotel meets the standards. The staff was concerned. The cleanliness of the rooms was very good. But the building structure shows the rooms a bit dark. Breakfast was nice.

Very close to other buildings. Room is little dark. There's a very bad smell in the hallway. I had to clog my nose. The location was not very convenient to me.
