everything was fine
The only thing we didn't like was that when we checked out they didn't let us be in the pool area. We weren't going to get in, we just wanted to pass the time while we had to go to the airport

The pool area was great and the temperature of it was just fine. The room was very clean, but the street noise was horrendous!
Glasses in the room and a coffee maker would have been much appreciated.

If you love the beach don't bother coming here because you will never hear the waves. If you love to party all day this place is for you. cockroach in restaurant and room. Rats and raccoons near the pool.

The only good thing was the location. It was right across the melacon and a lot of stores nearby.
I reserved our rooms way ahead of time and the staff did not complete my request. I called them and they kept switching their stories. We didn't have a reservation, and when my wife told them she had the confirmation # they switched to yes we did have one but because they had not confirmed our request we had to pay over the phone or our rooms would be rented out. The "ladies" on the phone treated my wife with such desrespect, a womans word is worth as much as a mans word, don't be sexest ladies. We were able to get a straight answer after we called them from our phone and I spoke to them. They kept transfering my wife and then refused to answer her call. All of our rooms were on different floors. (Even though we requested rooms close by when we made the booking)1st, on the first floor, 5th floor and 6th floor. They couldnt retreive my payment confirmation, which I was glad my wife took a screenshot of it for this purpose. They turn of their elevators around midnight, so if you go and have fun, good luck getting to your rooms if they are not on the first level, ( I hope you have a safe person that will get you upstairs if you get tipsy and have to take the stairs, they also turn off their water in the middle of the night. I will NEVER stay here again.

It is right across the street from the beach. very nice views.
Because it is on the main street it was very loud at night.

Loved the balcony to enjoy the beautiful ocean! My room also had a view of the gorgeous pool area on the backside of the hotel.
They could add some memory foam mattress toppers to increase the bed's comfort.
