Several parts: 1. Easy to deal with when timeframe changed 2. Able to check in after hours via Hotel next door 3. Location to all the essentials like pub, groceries & small little village hub 4. So close to unload the car to the room - literally 20 steps if that

The rooms could do with a little refresh and small update to bring the window furnishing to block out, the privacy sheers weren’t quiet private. The bathroom was good and bad, water pressure - AMAZING, the tile work in need of major work or replacement. The drafts from the windy weather could be addressed with some draft stoppers. Perhaps have a small bin in the main area on bench near coffee facilities.

The room wasn’t properly vacuumed toenail clippings on the floor

Being a type 1 diabetic I suggest a little cereal and more milk should be provided for breakfast as this is crucial for a start of day am prepared to pay but was a little inconvenient. Otherwise no issues at all.

Very friendly staff

The ceiling lights were insuffisant, not strong enough. The bed was not good, inconfortable. The location was very good.

Food was amazing. Staff were super friendly. Bar area was fantastic and a good vibe.

Location in a big complex of retail stores and restaurants/bars with an extended parkingspace - not suitable for a comfortable stay
