This clean and well kept villa was the perfect spot for our Budoni vacation. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. The beautiful garden and terrace was wonderful for our 3 year old. There was a washing machine as well, an added bonus when traveling with young children. Pasquale was helpful and professional. Overall a wonderful experience!

Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern in diesem Haus. Der Garten ist umzäunt und ideal zum entspannt draussen Spielen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Die Strasse vor dem Haus führt lediglich zum nahen Strand. Dieser ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Direkt beim schönen Strand mündet ein Bach ins Meer, welcher für die Kinder eine willkommene Abwechslung zum Bauen von Dämmen gab. Der Besitzer spricht englisch und ist äusserst freundlich. Schlüsselübergabe und Rückerstattung der Kaution erfolgten total unkompliziert. Da wir im April in Budoni waren, schalteten wir auch einige Male die Heizung an, welche das Haus rasch angenehm wärmte. Das saubere Haus ist ideal für 4 Personen und verfügt über die nötige Einrichtung; auch die Küche zum Kochen für 4 Personen. Abends grillten wir jedoch sowieso meistens im Garten. Das kleine Klo im Erdgeschoss ist trotz seiner Tiefe benutzbar. Als Willkommensgeschenk stand eine Früchteschale bereit. Für Internet stellte uns der Besitzer einen mobile Hotspot zur Verfügung, welcher bei einem Anbieter im Dorf aufgeladen werden musste. Ein dauerhafter Internetanschluss wäre auch gerade die einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit. Für den Preis ist das Haus aber wirklich top und wir kommen gerne wieder!

The Villa was exactly as described, is very confortable, well equiped and thought. Everything is perfect and you feel just like home and It was scrupulously clean. Pasquale is very helpful, answering your questions and giving you advice and tips. The Patios covered outside are very relaxing and nice to have a drink of red wine on the sunset. there is air conditioning in every room. the garden is large and well cared and it was much appreciated by my children. Budoni beach is amazing and safe for the children. A huge thank you for everything, we will certainly see you again !!

Dass wir nächstes Jahr zum dritten Mal in Folge dieses Haus bewohnen wollen, sagt eigentlich schon alles. Die Villa Rosa ist -- jedenfalls gilt das für die Nachsaison -- sehr ruhig gelegen, nur fünf Gehminuten von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt, dazu für Ausflüge in strategischer Position. Die Installation einer effektiv arbeitenden und gut regelbaren Klimaanlage war ein großer Gewinn für dieses Haus! Der Vermieter Pasquale ist (ebenso wie seine freundliche Mutter Antonella) äußerst hilfsbereit, sorgt für prompte Behebung auftretender Mängel und die Erfüllung von etwaigen Wünschen und greift Verbesserungsvorschläge (z.B. bezüglich des TV-Empfangs) bereitwillig auf. Die Ausstattung des Doppelhauses ist ausreichend und teilweise etwas überholungsbedürftig . Sehr nette Betreuung der Buchung und vor Ort. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Sardinien.

Budoni itself is beautiful, with a vast undeveloped beach backed by mountains and featuring a main road with two mini-marts and numerous bars, restaurants and shops. We visited Sardina in the English school easter holidays and it was great to find that Budoni is not overrun by Brits abroad and the waiters in the restaurants don't speak english. A true sense of travel! The villa is in an ideal location, in a very quiet road, 2 minutes walk from the beach and approx 10 mins from the main road restaurants. Travelling as a family of 5 (two adults and children aged 6, 8 & 9), we had a wonderful holiday in sardinia and hope to return.

The house is away from the street, so you don't hear the traffic. The supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away, therefore our car was optional during our stay. The yard is pretty and the oleander are beautiful!

oranization and planning was very easy and upon arrival everything worked out perfectly. we were welcomed by annamaria and her mother who gave us a tour of the house and instructions. the house itself is located right next to the beach and has little garden which possibilies for barbecue and relaxing. it is not visilbe from the street and gives you great privacy. kitchen is fully equipped and several supermarkets are closeby to prepare excellet food from local product. the local butcher near cafe maria and the bakery on via nazionale provide you with an excellent selection of local food. take away pizzeria, also on via nationale, serves large and very tasty pizzas. the weather was very mixed, with several days of really cold evenings but we were prepared and had appropiate clothing at hand. For visiting tourist sights it was a little bit too early in the season, since most attrations open only in April, oder even later. the overall scenery, driving around on the west coast near bosa, really made up for it. Value for money wise, this little gem gets 5 stars from a now very relaxed couple from Berlin, Germany. thanks again to annamaria and the mother for helping out whenever we had a question. we are also planning to come back in one of the next summers. Sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, sehr dicht zum Strand, fast das letzte Haus in der Straße.Man hat den Garten nach hinten heraus für sich, schön auch zum draußen sitzen und grillen.Haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Großer ausgedehnter Strand.Gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter, seine Schwester und seine Mutter wohnen direkt im Ort. Uns ist einmal die Sicherung herausgeflogen, als wir Ofen und Warmwasserboiler zeitgleich in Betrieb hatten, und wir konnten den Sicherungskasten nicht finden. Keine 10 Minuten später war seine Schwester da, und hat den Strom wieder eingeschaltet. (Für alle Fälle: der Hauptschalter ist vorn an der Straße, rechts vor dem Tor.)Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen: Supermarkt sowie zahlreiche andere Geschäfte sind am Anfang der Straße (10min zu Fuß), Restaurants sind im Ort und direkt am Strand.Ideal für entspannten Familienurlaub. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Strandwanderungen und Ausflugstouren.

The town is absolutely gorgeous! This is the real seaside experience I was looking foward in a long time. The house is clean and has a well kept garden that allows you to enjoy the outside at sunset with some vino! The owner were very helpful and gave excellent suggestions on local restaurants and cafes.

What a glorious location! So near the sea and lovely beaches, great sea views from the jasmine covered balcony, close to a great bakery and super restaurants that cater for everybody. A lovely welcome from the owner's sister (the owner couldn't be there to meet us unfortunately) who were very accommodating and even organised us a cab to and from the airport when they don't usually make such arrangements - really useful for five women who were getting away from it all, didn't want to hire a car and only wanted to lie on the beach, which we did very effectively! The better beach restaurant was the second one - I can't remember the name - beside Angelo's Calla Budoni sunlounger rental. Angelo himself was a gem, really helpful and friendly, and the little beach side restaurant served wonderful, simple pastas and panini all day, pizzas at night. The best restaurant for evening eats by far was Medeus, a 10 minute walk away up the main street. Red wine drinkers will need to try the house red (Euro 10) which was better than anything I have tasted in Britain no matter how much I've paid. Food came with legs, antennae, wonderful home cut potatoes and in plentiful quantites with great service. There were only three small drawbacks: no kettle! A big deal for the British; no basic household supplies such as washing up liquid or toilet roll which you don't want to buy on a short trip; and the drain, particularly in the downstairs toilet, absolutely reeked first thing in the morning though I think this may be something to do with the tides and therefore unavoidable. This certainly shouldn't put you off going as the town and the villa's location are really great, and the Succus are lovely to deal with. We will come again!
