Good location - close to the beach, but yet in a quiet area of Sunny beach. The architecture, greenery and swimming pool area in the complex are nice.

Cleanliness and maintenance are lacking. When we arrived we first had to defrost the fridge, because it was packed full of ice. The water heater was not working so we had no hot water for one day until it was fixed. The bathroom sink and faucet were wobbling. The pans in the kitchen were scratched and burnt and cutlery was mismatched. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and extending it revealed a bunch of hair, which we had to vacuum. The double bed was more like a large single and was too small for two people.

The room was small but cozy, all the needed facilities were in there. The host was very welcoming and caring, helped us with all the necessary staff required. Close to the sea (5-10 min walk). Recommend!

The studios are ok, all you need for a studio is there. Everything is clean and functional.

No clean service , bed linen and towels have not been changed during entire stay.

No English spoken.Shower room a bit small and had to stand in shower tray while using the toilet.
