Location and friendly staff

There's a gym that only long-term members can use. That's ridiculous! I saw the gym after my long flight and looked forward to using it in the morning. I would have even paid to use the gym. Your staff said it was only for members who stayed at the hotel a long time. That is ridiculous! Why do you have a gym and not let interested members who want to pay use it? Do you not like money?

I thought it was simple and it was good. I personally wish there was more selection as there are only two breakfast styles. I think it would help if there were individual foods or you could select from a big breakfast or just a coffee.

The internet service needs a major update, the connection could be very slow at times and quite unhelpful. And the beds could be slightly softer but they were not too bad.

We were lost to get hot spring that they offered to the guests. One employee (Name unknown but the tag said "in Training") approached us and tried to help after her work. It went beyond the excellence.

Slippers to go hot spring. They were so for man....

Location is great, near the train station.

Old building though, old everything but comfortable
