Best breakfast, sleep and shower I had while I was in Canada. The room was clean and the bed amazing, just as the breakfast. The host was very helpful to give ideas of things to do or to visit in Kelowna, while following my likings. Wifi connection was good and the tv had netflix available.

The B&B is located just near the airport and UBC-Okanagan campus which is very convenient for new students before admission to University. My son arrived late due to airplane schedule, the owner kept me comfortable because he has many experiences to deal with the situation of international freshmen arriving in the whole new city. My son has a good sleep and got energy after taking an excellent breakfast . I will go there for trip in the future

We liked the beautiful house, the quiet, serene atmosphere and the charming and gracious hosts. The guest room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a spacious and modern bathroom. Everything was immaculately clean! We enjoyed our stay in this B&B and the classical music that came with the homemade breakfast that lasted us through the day! We would certainly stay here again if we would come back to Kelowna and recommend Summer Express without hesitation. Thank you to our hosts for a very pleasant stay!

the misguidance on the description of the property. it’s just a room in the house where the owners living under same room.

The host made our stay as he was there to offer advice on dining and our on going journey. Attention to detail with furnishings and cleanliness made this a 5 star experience.

Cleanest place I've been to, delicious home-made breakfast, really friendly and welcoming host, quick check in and checkout, luxury feel and tasteful decor throughout, super comfy high-end mattress, spacious fancy shower, large room and bathroom.

We loved staying here! It was very clean and Marriano was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, we had a great sleep. It's nice and close to the airport, but also easy to get downtown. Would recommend!

The room was clean with lots of space. The house was well maintained, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The house was in a peaceful residence area, which was safe and quiet from the outside. It was not far from restaurants and grocery stores (not walkable though)

The room shared bathroom with another room, which was not mentioned anywhere in the description. Noise isolation was bad in the house. We could hear others walking in the house and using washrooms at midnight, and the sound was loud. Update: it was my mistake and the shared bathroom was mentioned in description. Ideally the two rooms on the first floor (or walkout basement) can be booked by a family so that shared bathroom and noise should not be an issue.

We believed we were getting a room with bed and bath. Upon arriving we were told the we would be sharing a bath room. No where on the Booking website does it explain a shared bathroom.
