La habitación es grande y la ubicación es buena. El café está bien. Y en calidad precio está bien

El personal no habla una sola palabra de otro idioma que no sea el suyo. Lo cual dificulta muchísimo desde poder solicitar un taxi, hasta pedir un café. Al check out nos comunicamos desde la habitación para pedir ayuda para bajar las maletas y la respuesta por teléfono fue “english no” y colgó la llamada. Eso habla también de la poca predisposición que tienen para intentar resolver nuestras inquietudes… El wifi directamente no funciona en todo el hotel.

No sign on the rd it says it’s on, the sign for the hotel is on a side street

A poor hotel in a small lane. Don’t be fooled by the name—it is over 1 km away from the subway but still claims it is near Gangding metro station. Very dark everywhere. Poor quality breakfast. Worst story: I requested at booking for a non smoking room and received confirmation saying yes, but when I arrived I was told there was no nonsmoking room. They said the room had been treated to remove the odour but it was too smelly that I was not able to sleep. As I had a busy schedule the following day I had to leave my daughter in the room for a few hours, but in the afternoon she sent me a message saying that she had a sore throat because of the bad air quality in the room. I called the hotel asking for check out and told them the reason why we were not able to stay longer but we were still charged partially even though we didn’t stay for the second night.

Nice area. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.
