Perfect hotel village well suited for families right on the beach with fantastic and lovely staff

Excellent location by the beach with lots of pine trees which give natural shade. Super nice and helpful staff who can also arrange your transfer to the port. Comfortable and clean rooms.
The holiday village would need a bit of makeover, especially the common areas. It reminds a bit of a patchwork. Breakfast offers lots of variety BUY the quality of food and coffee was really not worth it.

Location, stunning gardens, beautiful beach, lovely bar and restaurant area.
Breakfast was included but could be better.

Good location away from rest of port.
Breakfast was ample.
Coffee not great.
Good location for day but longer walk across beach late at night via beach in bare feet which is fine or back road ehich was further.
The hipster bar across the field next door was playing music till 3am. Could hear base if not using air con.
WiFi was poor.

Great location at far end of the beach. Nice stroll into town. Lovely beach bar with very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are set in lovely garden location. Really beautiful gardens throughout the hotel. Room was a nice size with balcony. We were on the ground floor.
Collectoo and drop off to ports was easily organised with hotel.

The position is fantastic right on a lovely beach.
The pool looked nice, but didn't use it because of the beautiful beach.
The whole property seemed a bit neglected and poorly maintained. I did see some work being done, but it seems like they're trying to catch up after it was left for too long.
The worst for me was my room. It was a superior double, but there was NOTHING superior about it!! The description says spacious, but it was tiny!!! It was also very basic, and there were quite a few issues.
The toilet seat was detached, so when you sat on it, it moved and slipped off completely.
Black particles came out of the tap in the bathroom basin every time I turned it on. I saw it didn't have a filter piece on the end, so all the muck from the pipes was coming through. At least when I complained, they sent a guy to fix this and the toilet seat. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't close. The water in the toilet ran constantly non-stop day and night, which was very annoying.
There are no hooks or rails in the bathroom to hang up your bath towel or hand towel.
There were cooking utensils but no hotplate to cook on.
There were no pegs on the clothes line (I went and got some from reception) and the clothes line was not string or wire, but actual metal, which was rusting and painted over and the paint was all chipped, so it damaged any delicate clothes items.
It was meant to have a phone, but it wasn't connected and in the wardrobe, so I assumed it wasn't working, so every time I needed something, I had to walk to reception. That's not a big deal, but still, it's not the quality or standard you'd expect for a room that's not cheap (€113 a night!).
The food was below average at the buffet breakfast, and the coffee was always cold!!
It was very over-priced, and I was extremely disappointed!!!

The breakfast was very nice. Since the season has just started, there wasn't a buffet but the staff welcomed us warmly and fulfilled all of our requests. There was a wide variety of things to choose from and I truly felt like special guests instead of a simple customer.
Moreover, I loved the location since it is next to the beach. When I saw all the hype about this hotel being next to the beach I expected it to be an exaggerated advertisement but it certainly met my expectations. It's truly a beautiful area and it feels so....clean? Perhaps it is due to the clean air of the island cause of the absence of pollution but it was so calming being surrounded by flowers and a huge garden.

I loved the convenience of having a very good restaurant on site as well as a bar, pool and beach.. The staff was extremely helpful with logistics, car rental, restaurant suggestions and even packed us breakfast for an early morning ferry departure. It's a short walk into town along the beach. There is a funky beach bar next door - great for watching the sunset. Of course, the restaurant at Lakki overlooks the beach and is also a great spot to watch the sunset.
Nothing!

Its rustic beach side hotel with very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff helped us with car rental and they also offered port transfers which made it very convenient to get to the hotel. Hotel is right at the beach and being Amorgos as a secluded island, it all added to its charm.
The wifi speed was not very fast at various locations of the hotel. May be that's something the hotel could improve.

Lakki Village is an amazing beautiful place to stay. It looks really like a small village, that is perfectly maintained. It has everything: a pool, a garden, breakfast, bar, restaurant, … And most important the amazing view and distance to the beach and port.
No complaints!

Amazing location, right on the beach and short walk along the beach to the village. Great sunset view from the restaurant and beach.
Breakfast had huge range of choices and it was lovely to eat it with the sound of the waves over looking the sea.
Our rooms were incredible - our suite, which was meant to be for 3 people had 3 beds (2 double) including a queen size double bed in its own room with own bathroom. There was a jacuzzi on our balcony. A small kitchen. it could have fitted our family of five but we actually had a another room for 2 - which again could have slept 5.
The pool is great and very central, right by our rooms.
Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Really we could have all fitted in one room and saved ourselves some money - but that was not allowed.

Great location right on the beach front. Lounge beds that we could use. Staff were lively, kind and helpful from the start. Also a really nice restaurant on site overlooking the beach which also did a great breakfast. Would recommend.

Breakfast was nice, the coffee and tea were quite basic. But with that view, anything will taste lovely. Their fried potatoes are a must, try them. The whole resort is fantastic, the room was quite small and basic, but we didn't have much need for a large room.
The AC could have worked better, the salt water pool was veeeery salty, the drinks are quite pricey, like on the rest of the island.

Great location right on the beach. It was very nice to have their buffet breakfast at the beachside restaurant. You can walk along the beach and have your choice of dinner restaurants in town.
The facility, itself, is a bit in need of a remodel, but definitely adequate.

You are treated like family at Lakki Village.
The facility is gorgeous and comfortable.
You can't beat the location due to it being adjacent to a great sandy beach.
Looking forward to my next stay.
More parking but definitely not an issue. We managed to squeeze our car into the hotel's parking lot every night.

we felt very welcomed in the Lakki village. We really enjoyed the breakfast nearly on the beach. the apartment for 4 was confortable and the swimming pool very nice. The location is perfect, near the beach and at the start of hiking paths.

Absolutely wonderful. Exceptional team attending to everything with a smile. The whole complex is spotless and styled beautifully in a traditional way. The eating drinking and relaxing area fronts almost to the waters edge and the bonus is that it is perfectly in line for the sunset across the sea. The location is perfect for walks along the coast or inland into the hills and you can relax by the pool or by the sea after a days exploring. It is close enough to the port for the ferry or taking a bus to other parts of the island. The village just a stroll along the beach, has, in easy reach, enough relaxing bars and good quality restaurants to give you some alternatives during your stay.
What didn't we like? Leaving!
