The check in lobby is not air conditioned. It would be helpful that they invest in the lobby area (during Summer), because some guests would also prefer to work or stay in the common area.

Not not much to like. The breakfast was poor. Even though breakfast was included in the price they contracted the breakfast to someone else and we had to pay for the coffee.
I had booked the room for 3 people and they only gave us two pillows. when I asked for additional pillows they wanted to charge me extra. Also the location was not great in terms of options for restaurants. And lastly my wife got bitten by some sort of insect and it developed into a badly infected bite.

Room size is big and the staff is approachable. The breakfast choices is good and I like the way that if we don't like to eat we can redeem to bubble tea 😊😊

Grateful for the friendly and helpful staff. They definitey got out out of their way to assist which we really appreciate.
The provided towels were only 2 (there were 3 of us in the suite room) and to request for another one would mean a fee would need to be paid. also only one pillow each was provided for each huge bed - did not bother to ask for another as I know I would be asked to pay a fee for it. only 2 sets of hygiene supplies were supplied at the first day and were not replenished for the rest of the stay.
