It took a long time for us to be checked in. They lost the key to the room. We were asked to pay extra by the management because my children went up wet after swimming in the pool. We were not informed that there is a penalty.

The beddings is not good its has holes and its very old. Even the blanket is not suitable for Aircon use! I hope you provide microwave it will help for the guest.
