the toilet was stuffed up it wouldn’t flush properly we had to be moved to another room

Staff are friendly Helpful

The Lobby is in 4th Floor. Overall just okay for me.

Breakfast spread was acceptable. There are egg options and some dishes are rotated everyday. Service, however, was rather slow and do not hope for a quick breakfast.

The rooms do not have sufficient lighting and can be rather dark. My room was missing a table lamp while my other room was missing a bedside lamp. My other room was freezing cold despite turning up the temperature to max and the fan speed to lowest. In the end it was just better to turn off the air-conditioning. Thai was similar experience with my nephew who was staying on the 10th floor.
