Had to wait a lot to get the room, though we reached earlier than our checkin time.

We are regular patrons at this hotel. We keep coming back because of the great location and the excellent service and facilities the hotel offers. Would highly recommend to any traveller or business person.

There’s nothing to complain

Location in the center. Really excellent, top notch, restaurant with nice view on the Acropolis, but you don't need to stay in the hotel to enjoy this.

I booked an executive room, but found out that it is in fact a family room equipped with an extra sofa bed (capacity for 4 persons). Large room, but very plain, no decoration, and not as shown on the pictures with warm colors, carpets etc. Also no balcony, and not facing Metropolis street as advertised. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The Spa is very small, max. capacity of 4 persons, and reservations are needed. This is all ok, but unfortunatly, no control if people stay longer as the reserved time slot. Had to wait standing up, waiting for a place the first 15 minutes of my time slot. With such small capacity, they should not accept guests who are not staying in the hotel.

The property is located in the perfect spot for tourists has excellent restaurants is beautifully appointed, and everything is an excellent condition.

There was nothing not to like.

The location of the hotel placed in the heart of the city, with so much to see and do. Also, the breakfast bar was great and the view of the Acropolis from the dining area was awesome.

It was bit crowded but that's to be expected, but that did not spoil the beauty of being there

It’s in a great location to access most attractions in Athens. Many are within a 15 minute walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. A problem with our AC was solved with minimal fuss (if not for that hiccup I would have scored higher) The restaurant is fantastic!

Highlights sind die Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft des Personals, dass erstklassig ausgebildet ist sowie die Dachterasse mit traumhaften Blick auf die Akropolis. Zum Geburtstag meiner Frau überraschte das Hotel mit einem Kuchen und einer Flasche Sekt-sehr aufmerksam.

Die „Normalzimmer“ (pro Tag zwischen € 210 und € 259)haben definitiv kein 5 Sterneniveau. Auch der Spabereich ist sehr überschaubar.

Too much noise from outside

We kregen dezelfde kamer als repeater:fijn Vriendelijk en vlot onthaal Super gemakkelijk dat ze taxi regelen Bagage bewaren zonder problemen en veilig

Laatste ontbijt gaven ze ons andere zitplaatsen en dat was niet fijn ,we zijn uiteindelijk toch naar onze vertrouwde plaats teruggegaan!

The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop bar and restaurant at night was outstanding!! The food/wine selection at dinner was excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a superb selection! The staff was nice and very helpful! Great location!!

No better location I would suggest than this one. Besides, the breakfast at the roof top restaurant was surprisingly good in terms of the food, service, setting, deco and the stunning view.

I didn’t like the room which was smaller than I expected. Also the furniture in it made me feel like I was in a 2-3 star hotels. The view of acropolis from the room that I had booked was a little disappointing.

Ottima la colazione, stupenda la vista! In generale la posizione dell’hotel è strategica! Ero già stata all’Electra Metropolis in passato ma questa volta ho notato migliorie sia nella struttura rinnovata che nell’accoglienza.

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The staff were so kind and friendly, breakfast (included) was absolutely delicious, dinner was fabulous and the view from the rooftop was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable, huge bathroom, modern room. We will definitely stay here again 😊🌸.
