The staff were very helpful … can speak English well^^

No restaurants or even convenience store nearby … only can have dinner in the hotel but the outlet is not outstanding… las order at 20:00. Not easy to drive to the hotel.

Free breakfast buffet was included. It was enough to carry you over to lunch time. The rooms are typical Japanese size (small) but the room was enough for one person for one night. Overall the stay was good and the location was very good, if you are looking for a place to sleep close to the expressway while driving from Tokyo to Kyushu or Osaka.

The public bath was closed when we arrived, 11:50 pm. The beds are very firm, but I slept well.

The hotel is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety and selection. It's healthy and balanced. The location is good and has easy access to our destinations by car.

Wifi was very unstable and poor quality. The onsen for women has a special code which is updated daily, but I wasn't informed until I was locked out and had to ask the front desk for assistance. The hotel restaurant was closed one evening without prior notification.

Good Breakfast. Excellent service. Simple but effective lodging.

The iPhone downloaded travel coupon that was offered for 1000 yen by "Travel To Go" was unusable. None of the local businesses would except it. A lot of trouble downloading it and then once downloaded no one would except it. Big Hassel.
