we got problem with the wifi connection and it took couple of hour to fix it,and the flush in the toilet is not working properly,and most of the hotels got a hair blow dryer,but we didn't find any!

The property was in a great location and the room was spacious with heaps of room.
The hosts provided one singular dishwashing tablet for our 4 night stay and no washing up liquid. However they left a note stating that there was a large cleaning fee for dirty dishes, or a full dishwasher that needed to be unloaded. We had to do all dishes, empty the fridge, take all bins out and clean the property ourselves before checking out. When we checked in the place was not clean including marks in the shower (which was excessively slippery), dust in the bedrooms and on the kitchen counters and a weird smell in the room. We were not provided with enough towels and there was a very strict note on the fridge instructing us that we were NOT to get more towels from reception (however we were not provided with any way to request another towel). For $300 a night we were not expecting to have to empty bins and do all dishes etc, particularly when that involved purchasing bin bags, a cloth, paper towels and washing up liquid as those items were not provided. There was nothing in the kitchen to use such as salt and pepper which is reasonable to expect in a fully furnished apartment with a kitchen. The property itself was lovely but severely let down by management.

The apartments location was brilliant and the views from the 36th floor were mindblowing and the pool at the property
was great for kids we really did enjoy our stay and definitely would come again.
The front door lock needs to be fixed or replaced , there was no ice trays in the place and the Tv is way to small and there should be 1 in the master bedroom. Maybe even time for a freshen up with curtains and paint.

I only didn't like the unattended office. I prefer a live person to talk to.
Both, master bedroom onsuite needs bulbs and the other bathroom as well.

view from 30th floor was very good but very little else was good
the apartment was old and tired and it was not clean. the wifi did not work. the TV was very old and hard to watch because the picture was so poor. the toilet would not stop running (the property manager arranged for it to be repaired after we complained which was appreciated). the building smelt bad.

Great location and facilities. Central to everything. Coles downstairs. Large floor space at apartment. Beautiful outdoor space on balcony.
Couldn't get late checkouts or early check-in. Couldn't leave the luggage at accommodation when we checked out.

Close to restaurants, beach, shops, resort facilities are great. Great view of the city and ocean
room is very run down. can not deal with the actual resort if there is an issue, have to contact and outside source (due to being private rental). No basic maintenance done on the room. A good clean would go a long way,.
