The room was big, warm, and clean and the beds were comfortable.

“Spa” and Breakfast and coffee

I asked for two pillow but didn't get them.

A wonderful place to stay, lovely comfortable rooms, quiet hillside location looking out at mountains on all sides, easy parking and friendly diverse staff! We extended our stay twice to stay 2 days more than originally planned as we enjoyed our stay and visiting Andorra so much. If you're a hiker, biker or general outdoorsperson this is the spot.

Nothing major for me, we loved it! Probably just a warning for people that regularly frequent the higher end sorts of hotels, I'd suggest that this is a relatively basic four star hotel. It offers excellent value for money but note some of the facilities are small and in places a bit tired. If we had to pick one small gripe it would be that the water in the spa was a bit too cool for us, I think we've probably spent too long in spa's if this is the only thing we could fault them on!

Lovely welcome . Our room was very big and well furnished. We were tired from our journey and ordered pizza from reception. It was kindly bought to our room. We had an enjoyable stay.

Nothing all good

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel even if it was short. The room was clean and the staff very helpful and nice. There is a small kitchen if you need but you have to pay for it.

Kind staff, clean, big room, good breakfast, great value for money.

Jacuzzi was cold

The room was superb and the breakfast was excellent.

Both the indoor and outdoor spas weren't hot enough. The fridge in our room was so cold it froze our orange juice but that wasn't a big problem.

Very welcoming hotel, beautiful surrounding, spacious, exceptionally clean room with kitchenette facility. It was very quiet in the evening at night. The staff spoke English and was very helpful and friendly. The manager offered and gave us a lift to the bus stop in town when we were leaving which was a nice gesture. Breakfast and spa facility which were included in price made Obaga Blanca an excellent value for money. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Andorra while staying away from the buzz of the capital.

perhaps there could be larger cups for tea and a couple of glasses for water provided in the room .

Very quiet hotel with apartment-style rooms, a living room-kitchen and a spacious bedroom. The use of the kitchen is charged. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast very abundant and varied. Ample parking outside, although with the hotel full it was almost at the limit. However they also have covered parking with supplement. Very friendly behavior of the reception staff.

people are helpful, kind and efficient. rooms are clean. it is easy to park. the spa is great (hamam, 2 jacuzzis) and the breakfast is also very good

sauna was not working. only decaf coffee was available in the room. despite the efforts of the supervisor (and I appreciate them), it was not possible to have our breakfast. we were leaving very early at 4am (as volunteer..). I would have appreciate that the hotel would have found a better way around this, like for example : offer the lunch pique-nique for the next day, or If warned beforehand, provide a doggy bag that can be picked up at the desk before leaving…
