I just needed a place to sleep and it satisfied the need.

Could not get into the hotel and the telephone was not answering. Booking.com support did not reply to me at all. Very disappointed.

The room was big and clean. Good value for money!

There was no microwave, that would have been nice. There's also no one at the reception most of the time.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, the staff were great and friendly, I liked this place and would recommend it

EXCELLENT LOCATION; NEAR TO SHOPS, METRO, RESTAURANTS, BANKS, RIVER, PARK AND ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RIVER FOR EASY ACCESS TO BORISPOL AIRPORT. VERY QUIET AND VERY CLEAN. EXCELLENT HOT POWERFUL SHOWERS. LARGE ROOMS. WARM IN WINTER AND GOOD AIR CONDITIONING FOR SUMMER. FRIDGE, KETTLE AND CUPS/GLASSES/PLATES/CUTLERY IN THE ROOMS. BREAKFAST CAN BE DELIVERED TO YOUR ROOM (NEVER USED THIS SERVICE AS THERE ARE MANY LOCAL CAFES/RESTAURANTS TO CHOOSE FROM). COMMUNAL IRON/BOARD. FREE BOTTLED WATER. EXCELLENT WIFI. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. HAVE STAYED HERE A FEW TIMES AND INTEND TO RETURN AGAIN.
