My go to hotel everytime I visit Surabaya. But need to reconsider.

Cleaning routines was very noisy during the morning. Kept on hearing banging and screeching noises (I assume it was from moving furnitures during cleaning) from upstairs and other rooms nearby. I couldn’t get any sleep at all. It was very annoying. Other than that everything is ok.

Terrible experience eeeeee.

My worst experience in my life. Aircon not cold. Mosquitoes in the room, whencomplain they came to spray the room. The toilet n shower dirty. Will never recommend to anyone. Sad very sad. Waste of money. Today changing hotel , staying for 3 weeks. Anyway bye. Disappointed very disappointed. If need more clarification call me. +659355 8178 .

The staff is like 5 star.

The staff very polite, clean room and the location also perfect near city center (Tunjungan)

Need more space to car parking. But the hotel provide valet service and quite helpful.

Comfortable with a good value for money.

The location is very strategic. The staff is super friendly and smoking rooms are provided for guests who prefer to smoke inside their rooms.

The parking space was not big enough and it was quite hard to park in the basement as the space is limited.

Nice small hotel in a good location

The location, just 5 mins walk to Tunjungan Plaza. The room is clean and their beds are surpirisingly very comfy. Staff are very kind and attentive so it's really worth the price

Seems covid19 precaution was not done well. We were not checked for high body temperatures nor if we are healthy. I heard people next door was coughing all night. It makes me nervous
