We were upgraded when we checked in and the apartment suite was amazing with very good facilities. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. There is everything you need for a really good stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!!
The suite was very hot when the sun was directly on it but the AC coped with the heat when it was turned to the lowest setting. Nothing else

The staff, except for the reception, was super helpful and friendly.
In-room facilities are not to a 5* standard. Got water not working, TV was too hard to use, Wifi was slow, dishwasher not working properly.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean & good size room and very good location.

Very friendly and service-oriented staff. The pool is perfect for swimming. Great view from the room and good beds. Galaxy Mall is only a short walk away.

it looks tired and worn out, stains on bedsheets, mould in bathroom, towels which used to be white in a previous life but turned grey… noise from the street,…Not a 5 star property
