The common areas were fairly pretty and all very clean. Our room was cleaned very well during our stay which was nice. Breakfast was ok. The rooftop has a jacoozy, and there is also a cold pool downstairs, both of which were great. Some of the staff members were very nice. It is also very close to the center of town.

We stayed in multiple riads in Marrakesh, and this was our least favorite. Most of what is advertised online is false. The air conditioning did not work, and it was so hot that we couldn't sleep both nights we stayed, especially as the beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The website and email they'd sent us before had promised that there were 2 bars with cocktails, and that they offered lunch and dinner. When we first arrived, we asked to book dinner for either of the nights and were simply told 'no'. The bar on the roof is not open at all, and the bar downstairs only sells 1 red, rose, or white wine at higher prices than the nicest nearby restaurants. When we checked in, we were early and asked if they could store our bags there, and when we returned saw that they just put them near the front door out in the open which is very unsafe. Also, online and in an email sent to us, we were told that the hotel takes card and does not accept cash, but then when we were asked to pay the city tax and for extras at the end, they told us they only accept cash so we had to give them all of the cash we had for our trip. While some of the staff was very nice, some were also rude, and they'd usually be sitting behind the bar watching tv so loud that we could hear it in our room.

A beautiful, hidden, calm green oasis from the hot, dusty business of outside. Felt very spoiled, stunning place, lovely staff, big breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.

Trying to find the riad, dressed in our trousers and long sleeves with a suitcase in tow after the taxi dropped us off in the Medina. An odd start to the holiday to be bartering with a youth at the riad's door about how much we owe him for helping us find it as "100 dirham is nothing!!" - cheeky, but we wouldn't have found it without him. I recommend accepting their airport transfer, certainly from the airport to the Riad at least, and making sure you've cash to pay for anything at the Riad as they don't take cards.

The riad was beautiful and the staff was excellent. Our room was smaller than expected which was a disappointment.

Size of the room. Bathroom didn't drain well. Most staff didn't speak English which was difficult for us as we don't speak French.

The staff and service were great. The decor is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable.

The plumbing wasn't great so the shower was quite weak. Also the aircon didn't work very well so the room could be quite hot.

we literally loved every second of our stay! the rooms are beautiful and especially the staff is so welcoming and did such a great service. we also had the pleasure to meet the owner as well, and also she is super welcoming and a lovely person.

We had the best stay at Riad Dar Yasaman. The Riad is decorated beautifully with such great attention to detail. The location is excellent, within a few minutes walk to all of the popular attractions. It really feels like a calm oasis within the busy streets of the medina. The staff were all so kind and helpful and went out of their way for their guests. The breakfast provided each day was great, with lovely fresh pastries, bread, coffee etc., The staff helped us to book airport transfers and this service was great. Would definitely recommend!

Staff was superb, shoutout to Serge! Super helpful and very friendly. Wonderful check-in process. Breakfast was very good too! A true oasis of peace and quietness once you enter the Riad, such a big difference with the surrounding area. Location wise it's very central. Hot tub on the rooftop and little heated pool are great to chill in after a day of walking in the busy city center. Drinks are very affordable in the hotel.

Finding the entrance of the Riad was a little tricky at first given that there is no sign whatsoever indicating that it was the entrance to the Riad. Might be a little overpriced too.

Breakfast was tasty and the perfect peaceful location in the sunshine. The Riad is located close to main routes through the medina and to main sights, cafes and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a blissful place to cool down at the end of a busy hot day exploring. The room was beautifully and traditionally decorated, and the bed was massive.

It was slightly annoying that during cleaning every day our things were moved and put away. While the bed was brilliantly large it was on the firm side.

Breakfast simple but lovely and fresh exactly what we wanted such a calm beautiful Riad couldn’t have asked for anything more. Position was so close to everything and easy and safe to walk back late at night

Our room was on the ground floor, near the bar, so it did get a bit noisy. The indoor smoking also upset our allergies and made us sick by the time we got back to the UK

Everything! So peaceful and tastefully decorated. The rooftop is incredible, made even better with drinks brought up by the excellent staff. We were made to feel so welcome and staff couldn’t wait to help with whatever you needed.

Riad Dar Yasaman was truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed and we lived in bali for 3 years so we have stayed in some incredible places.

The decor/aesthetics of the riad are stunning! we luckily got the ground floor room which was huge and had a cute seating area. Bed/pillows were so comfy. Jake (sheikh) who we usually saw every night/morning made us feel very welcome and safe, his presence definitely made that extra bit of a difference.

The staff were benign and invaluable. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the rooftop (although the weather was not perfect). The room was clean and cleaned on a daily basis and the bed waa really comfortable.

As this was our first visit to Marrakesh, it was a bit hard for us to find the entrance as there were no sign. It was only possible via the help of nearby locals :)

The Riad itself is beautiful, and the owners have done an amazing job with the décor - we loved having drinks on the rooftop. The staff was very kind and accommodating, but they did not speak English (which was not a huge issue).

We experienced a bit of a shock upon arriving at Riad dar Yasaman. The Riad is located within the medina of Marrakech, which we were not prepared for. It is quite intimidating if you have never been before. On top of the crowds of people, the motorcycles and bicycles flying past you while walking narrow mazes, there are dirty cats EVERYWHERE - we felt like we were dodging cat poop & cut-off chicken heads (that the cats were dining on) constantly. We were very uncomfortable leaving the Riad, and we did not venture out in the evening whatsoever. The Riad itself is beautiful, and the owners have done an amazing job with the décor - we loved having drinks on the rooftop, but it is noisy. There is a school in the back of the Riad and you hear kids screaming and playing during the day. The rooms are also open to the main areas of the Riad, so you hear early morning prayers and the staff cooking (pots and pans clanking, going up and down stairs). We ended up leaving after the first night because we were concerned about the location and the safety of our things. The rooms do not lock with a key, there are no safes in the room, and the staff instructed us that when we leave the Riad to let them know so they could lock the entrance behind us or "little thugs" would get inside and steal things. If you have never been to Marrakech, I recommend staying somewhere that is outside of the medina.

You won't a more beautiful Road to stay in. Great location, easy to get back to once you've figured it out. Very chilled out, stunning interiors, a bit cold when the sun goes in winter down but saved by their lovely log fire. Make sure you have a lunch there, it was beautiful. Hot tub and roof area a lovely touch.
