The location was near my workplace. The staff were very friendly. I needed some urgent printing done and Dara helped me to print out my documents without any charge. The staff were responsive to requests. The two-bedroom apartment was comfortable with two bathrooms, a kitchenette, a living room and a dining table. There was also a washing machine on the balcony with detergent and softener provided. I was there for 3 weeks and felt perfectly comfortable.

The sofa was a little bit hard, but the cushions made it better.

Nice place to stay. Comfortable beds. Clean apartment. We highly recommend.

Very well situated with direct access to the main roads in BKK3 area. Lucky market express around the corner and even pastries and coffees dowstairs at the cafe. The staff is very nice and helpful. Excellent value for money. I recommend this place and i would surely go again.

This is a lovely little apartment situated above a tea shop. Each room had air conditioning and the facilities were adequate for our stay. The washing machine was helpful and clothes dried overnight. Lucky supermarket was approximately 10mins walk. Plenty of eating places within walking distance. Staff on the desk very helpful with taxis/tuktuks.

The elevator sometimes doesn't work or is on maintenance.

Charging for Electricity and Water, and its not mentioned before arrival..

Very comfortable and the two bedroom apartment we had was perfect for our small family.

There's not a lot directly on the street the hotel is located on. However, it's only a couple of hundred meter walk to a mart, cafes etc and a short tuk tuk ride to Aeon Mall, Koh Pich, children's play centers etc.

it is not transparent and full or hidden fees. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people. somehow the booking ended up for 2 ppl (same apartment, 2 bedroom) (byw for 48usd/night - which is relatively high in PP) - and when we checked in, the 4 of us, they did not say anything about charging extra for the additional 2 people. later that night they sent me a message about it, once we alredy checked in, paid etc. this hidden extra was not written anywhere on booking.com, they just came up with this extra on the fly. On what premise are they gonna charge an extra 20%?? Because they have another extra hidden fee for electricity and water usage. So if more people use more water and electricity - they charge for that anyways.. when I confronted the owners about this hidden fees, they became very agressive. I will never stay here ever again and I highly not recommend to stay here for anyone.
