Nice rooms and a good breakfast

Moved rooms just to find the same problem
Inability to help with solutions like a shower in another room with functioning hot water.
Only 1 thin worn down cheap towel delivered when I booked for 2.

The breakfast was good though the options were not many.
The internet wasn’t very good in my room as it kept fluctuating. The swimming pool pool doesn’t look very attractive as well because it is not cleaned well

The location and proximity to the airport
The bathrooms are not very clean. A single towel in the room even though it was booked for two adults. No mats on the floor . No provision for round pin appliances

Rebecca at the reception desk was incredible. Very friendly and helpful.
That I was forgotten at the airport on Saturday night when I landed albeit confirming weeks ago that a shuttle had been organised. I was (am still) very unimpressed with Booking.com for not following up with me. I had contacted their customer centre immediately with no response to date.

A bit noisey outside due to wedding planners. Also, walk was restricted because of that.

We arrived on Friday night so the bar/restaurant area was very busy and quite noisy.

I was assigned a dirty room and had to move to a different one.

The staff members were very kind, atleast most of them.
Cockroaches, poor poor plumbing with cheap things, shower not well sealed so water would go out the shower, the locks are disappointing. First room, had an unclean fridge with cockroaches and luckily got moved to a better room, thanks to the kind staff.

House keeping should ensure that bathroom essentials are replenished such as toilet paper and they must fix the shower.

There was no omelette and the variety was very limited.
The location is okay but space is not adequate.
Reception are not on top of things. I was told there was no reservation for us. Nothing in their system. Later I was told confirmation has just come in and this is despite receiving confirmation.
