The only challenge we had was a strong smell in the appartment from the sewage system. Another confusion was about obtaining a special card for parking, but that issue the staff resolved quickly.

The location could not be better. It was in the heart of the city, steps away from shops and attractions. Very clean and safe surroundings covered in marble. Easy taxi from Murcia Int airport cost less than €40. Greeted & handed 2 door cards by the lady at the office on ground level who also took a copy of our passport. Lift up to first floor of pretty building with contemporary interior. Stairway cleaned every morning. Fresh bread available 2 min walk into square at small well equipped supermarket which also satisfied our beer & wine needs. Plenty of boutiques to keep the ladies happy, & enough for the teens too. Ice cream is brilliant. Souvenir shops sell international stamps, bought baseball cap for €5. Did a 45min harbour tour for just €6 . Walking distance to Santa Florentina food market, & Military museum (free, gave donation) Enjoyed the Roman amphitheater and tagged on to a tour for extra information. Didn’t go to beach, but would have been happy to go by taxi. The bar overlooking the harbour was beautiful to watch the cruise ship slowly light up as the sun went down. Very warm sunny 26-28 degrees in mid October. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, brilliant choice, and great value.

Nothing to complain about. Would have stayed 4 days instead of 3 !

A fabulous new build in an old shell. Wonderful everything, and a modern / classic mix. Comfy beds & furniture. Balcony in every room on one of the main tourist plazas. There was a huge street party going on but it was SILENT in the apartment. Incredible value.

Hmm- I have to dig deep for a quibble on this place. OK, despite how well equipped it was, the excellent bathroom was bizarrely missing a towel rail.

Spacious, well equipped unit. Location is amazing and you could not hear any street noise at all!

-The unit had a funky smell when we arrived (got better after we opened the windows for a bit). -Shower water was only hot for a couple of minutes then went ice cold. -nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom

Location & size of the apartment were excellent. Pre arrival communications including instructions on how to access the apartment was also great. Furnishings were very modern.
