People attending were excellent.

I could not stay on the location which I booked, they transferred me to different property. Property was not that clean and there were small and many cockroaches on bed and in room so I had to go down and sleep in the waiting area

The concerned staff refused to provide the booked room and I paid extra amt morethan which u showed ur site.The staff told me,the don't have any connection with Oyo.Really poor experience from both end

we were denied the check-in in hotel . We had to search for new place at 9.30 pm in new city with very less transport available. It was horrible experience.

horrible location, in a small gully. no property phone was given.. count reach them. I was travelling with old parents and landed in Bhubaneshwar at 10:30pm.. by the time we reached the property, it was 11:30pm. planned to leave early at 4:30am next day. and really wanted to have a quick nap. this place has no board, signage.. it is a home Ina pretty run down part of town. called customer support and had them wake up the property management so we could check in. no car parking is available.. the guy who opened the door was sleepy.. and when he said we had to climb stairs to reach two floors up for the rooms. we gave up. parents can’t do that. didn’t stay at all. very bad experience.. my first booking with oyo.. never again.
