Good location. Apartment nice and modern. Property management is responsive and helpful. Good security.
Apartment does not have any back up power or generator. Electricity power cuts in this location is much worse.
This means 6-8 hours of load shedding. No electricity and cold showers. There was also an issue with the WiFi so besides power cuts, there was no WiFi so I was unable to work. So no television due to no connectivity.
Unfortunately when we booked no one told us there is no generator. Been visiting South Africa for past 6 years and never had issues at other places. Please beware of this.
We called for carpet and Sofar cleaning as this was dirty. However due to load shedding only the carpet was cleaned.
