bad communication with customers, replying in Japanese all the way through, have to use translate app to understand what they are saying. the staff never try to help.
the location of the hotel is very remote and difficult to access by public transport.

Great location, awesome breakfast, very helpful and attentive stuff. Also very friendly and english- speaking.
Hotel is very old and needs renovation. Although onsen is clean and very nice.

I liked the location. Right on the hill. Also the public baths were very large and well equipped.
Dinner is quite expensive. I’d recommend fill or half board.
