Lashaun is heaven sent. I’ve traveled and stayed at host properties many times none like this. Above and beyond is truly an understatement. My group of ladies stayed at this property recently for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and we were met with everything we needed from appliances, to pool accessories, to a surprise bottle of champagne for the guest of honor. No detail is missed with this property each one of the ladies loves their rooms and the common areas. The host made sure to checked in with us to make ensure our stay was comfortable. She allowed us to check in early as we had earlier flights. Even allowed a few of the ladies with later flights to stay behind a bit longer. I wish there were than stars I could give she truly outdone herself with this property definitely will be my first choice to stay on my next trip to FL. Honesty a review does no justice. Simply put BOOK THIS HOUSE you won’t regret it. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your generosity.

It's our 25 years of gettogether.It went well. As states, all Amenities are in good condition..Grill, Swimming pool etc. owner is kind and reachable for any help.

The proximity of the property was great. Grocery store close by, Sawgrass Recreation Park, and airport. Pool was clean, excellent laundry area, a great stay. We appreciated the birthday balloons and beverage left for us too!

First of all the host was wonderful. Everything you could have possible needed was in the home. My family meet in different parts of Florida numerous time through out the year and we are very happy we chose this property. Nice time had by all. We thank Lashaun for going overboard to ensure the place was nice.

I will start by saying this, this house, location & cost couldn’t have been any more ideal & perfect for all of us couples. Lashaun’s property accommodated us with everything and more….from the inside of the house to the outside. All the appliances you could ask for, the heated pool and the entire relaxation area in the backyard, the grill etc. This location is a definite 10/10 and we will be booking this house again in the near future. Needless to say, whoever decides to book this house, will not be disappointed. Strongly recommended!

It was very nice except that I hurt myself from the edge of my bed. I still have scars. I bled twice and nothing was done. I was told you cannot do anything for me

Went here for a spring break getaway for a few days and let me just say, 10/10 experience for all of the us. The house was beautiful and a great location. We ran into a little issue on our way there, but Lashaun was up late and ready to help us. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes.

The house and pool was perfect. Kitchen was stocked with everything. The owner responded immediately answering our questions. We will be back.

Me and 10 more of teammates stayed comfortably, nice size backyard with pool. It came with a hookah and drinks in the fridge. Definitely will use again 10/10

Six teammates arrived to play in a US Lacrosse tournament (Senior division) in Weston. During our search for a house we wanted a home with 6 bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out. A kitchen and eating area for breakfasts and lunches (this kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you could need! Plus, Publix grocery store was only about a mile away!). We also wanted to be close to great local restaurants and we had that too...we were only a few miles from the main strip downtown which had plenty of great restaurants, pubs and bars! After our games, we were able to enjoy the heated pool in the backyard plus the beach which was only 1.5 miles away (North Hollywood Beach) or 3 miles to Dania Beach!! Plus, the home was only a 20-25 min ride to the lacrosse fields in Weston which made going back and forth between games a snap! Lashaun did a great communicating all the necessary information for the arrival process, plus answered all our questions and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay! The only comments...one of the bathroom showers was a little small and the beds were a bit low. However, we all agreed the house was great and we had an excellent time and experience!

I have been coming to Florida for the past four years for the Jets vs Dolphins game, and this house by far is the best house that I ever stayed at. The house was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was close to many stores and restaurants. I stayed there with 5 of my coworkers, and no one had any complaints. Additionally, Lashaun was an exceptional host who was very accessible and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at your VRBO! It was spacious, clean, and had so many amenities. The house was an overall perfect fit for our family's Christmas vacation. We appreciate your hospitality.

We really liked the house, the varm and nice pool, patio, grill, extremly well equipped kitchen. Spacious for our family of 10 peraons. Close to shops and the Hollywood beachwalk beach by bicycle (10min) /car. Renter very attentive and friendly. The only drawback is the neighbourhood isn't super nice. Overall can we recommend a stay in this nice house

Each year we (a group of 12) select a place to travel during the Christmas Holiday. We are retired military and we just want to relax, regroup, and have fun. We really enjoyed Lashaun's property. It was cleaned and spacious with an open floor plan. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and cook on the grill. Stores and restaurants are under 10 minutes away. We absolutely loved that we could split up in the common areas to watch football on one TV and watch a movie on the other TV. There is 6 bedrooms. The home is beautifully set up. The check-in process was with ease. We had great communication with Lashaun. Thank you for the hospitality! We do plan to attend again.

This was a sibling trip and it worked great! We were able to get up early and enjoy our coffee by the beautiful pool and have individual space if needed! Fully stocked, as promised and even then some! Best part was how attentive the property owner was! Communication was awesome! Would love to go back here again!

Overall we had a wonderful time at the house. Bedrooms are all nice and you feel comfortable. Bring your own pillows , some are pretty but not what you want for sleeping. 4 full baths made it very comfortable as well. Backyard you can chill and relax. Neighborhood isn’t great, but we didn’t have any issues. Owner communicated well with us. This home is perfect for 20-45 year olds who are looking for a fun get away. Not for young families in my opinion. The only small issue we had, I know the owner will have corrected. Home has all the appliances you can imagine. We actually opened up one or two which were brand new.

Lashaun is a most gracious, responsive and wonderful host. No complaints here. We were a party of 12 adults celebrating my husband's birthday. Location is great access for Dania, Hollywood or Ft Lauderdale Beach. The home is in walking distance to a few local restaurants and most importantly: the liquor store. Lol. I will definitely book again.

We were a family of 11 ranging in ages from 9 to 81. The property was perfect for our needs. Lashaun was most helpful and promptly responded to our questions and requests. As we arrived on Thanksgiving day and the major grocery stores were closed, Lashaun volunteered to be at the property the day before to load our Publix order. We enjoyed our stay very much.

When we had questions or needs, the property owner always responded quickly and took care of us. The house easily accommodated my group of 10 women for the week. We had a great vacation!

The host was great and super accommodating for our Bachelorette party. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect temperature and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Perfectly located, close to food, gas stations and everything else we needed. Would highly recommend.

Only one way to some this up, my family and I have been renting vacation homes for quite some time, and this property is the best we have ever rented so far. From the communication with the host to the check in process, the cleanliness of the home everything was on point. Believe me when I tell you the pictures online was 100% accurate. Our 4 nights there were well spent, we are definitely giving 10 out of 10 for this rental, will be back for sure. "Thank you Lashaun".

This property worked perfectly for our group. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived(had an early morning flight in). The house is very well stocked(based on many other rentals I've been to)! Paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, hand soap...and many other items(most places make you buy all that). We spent a lot of time in the back using the pool and patio furniture. The location is close to anything you need.(Hollywood beach, FLL, Hard Rock Stadium, Hard Rock Casino, Top golf...and more)

The property decor is modern The space is very accommodating 6 bedrooms and 4 bath and there was even 2 rollaway beds if needed The pool was everything We enjoyed our stay and definitely return again

This property can easily accommodate a family of 12-16. Nicely updated, tv in each room. Location is great!! Definitely will book again. Our family enjoyed this property so much we spent majority of the time in the pool area.
