Great location, not too far, not too close. Security patrolling late at night made me feel safe about parking vehicle on street.

The bed was absolutely horrible, not enough parking. Had to park across the street with broken glass everywhere! Needed an extra 30 mins past checkout time due to a sick child and they were going to charge me $75!

Staff was amazingly pleasant. I loved the room. I loved the bathroom.

Train was outside of my window. It was very loud and it came by twice! :(

Facility a few minutes by car from downtown Nashville, in a quiet area. Kind and helpful staff. Clean and large room. Nearby there are many pubs and clubs and the apartments themselves, on the ground floor, have a comfortable restaurant where you can eat. There would be a parking space inside, but being full and having returned late from the center, we left the car on the street (free) in the surroundings (a safe place without problems).

Useful info: just a few meters behind the apartments, long freight trains pass (day and night) ... and when they pass they play and make quite a noise ... if you are a light sleeper, despite the plugs, you will hear them. Know it. Other info: before your stay you will be asked for a lot of information through their website. You will need to provide documents and verify your identity. This is an unusual procedure, but it has happened to me a couple of times in the US.

The staff was friendly and the apartment was clean when we got there. Parking was free. We got a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that was very comfortable in size for 4 adults. Everything provided (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, etc) worked appropriately. The water presser was decent. There were no issues with hot water for showers.

I never write reviews, but after paying over $1500, including tax for 3 nights, which is the equivalent to $500 a night if you break it down, I thought it was important to let others know what they are paying for. Here is what to expect for that kind of money. The outside picture of the facility is completely false. The picture they show is either done with a filter or is what they are hoping to make it someday. The surrounding area is run-down, and it is not in the best of neighborhoods. It is litererally right next to a train track, and yes, the trains go by all hours of the day and night. Parking is awful. The car carousel does not work, which limits the parking availability. However, you can park across the street in parking spots along a white building. If you are lucky enough to park in the bottom row of the parking carousel infront of the building you are so close together that you can not open your car door without the possibility of hitting your car door into the car next to you. If you are a larger person, the task of getting out of the car is almost impossible. The showers only have a half glass wall, and water gets all over the cement floor, which makes it slippery. The beds are very hard and are extremely uncomfortable and squeak when you change positions, keeping the person next to you awake. There is only one TV and that is in the living room. They do not provide free tv channels. You have to log into your own Hulu, netflix, or whatever other service you might have. No, they do not have tv's on a cart to bring up to your room, so if you want to relax in bed and watch tv, plan on using your phone or nothing at all. No, they do not have a tv in the downstairs bar area. If you are looking to have a couple of drinks and watch sports in the bar, think again. The rooms are not soundproof. Expect to hear things going on around you, on the inside and the outside.

Dirty, location to convenience was awful as the place had nothing to offer for snacks or drinks the first 2 days we were there. The key cards for the building did not work when we got there. Very noisy place. Area was very sketch as gang sign are painted on walls right across the street. People do laundry and cook In the middle of the night. Never got fresh towels or a room cleaning offered to us. The train is awful and the room temperature in our room could not be changed as the system was broke in our room. The remote for the TV was missing so I asked for a new one. The staff brought 3 new ones but none worked. I finally found the remote under the bed after I crawled under to get it the staff watched. The elevator was so dirty your shoes stuck to the floor. All the little shops were not open through out our stay. Do not stay here if you like to relax.

I stayed at this location for 4 days, originally planning to stay for 3. Despite wanting to find a cheaper option, the location, service, and comfort were exceptional with a 10/10 rating. Additionally, I had my own room and access to free laundry facilities. The location was only a 15-minute scooter from Broadway, making it incredibly convenient.

The only issue was the frequent train honking during the first few nights that disturbed my sleep.

Large room equipped with about anything you may need for a longer stay. Free parking.

The hotel is next to a railway and our room was facing that railway meaning from time to time (including twice during the night) a long freight train would go by with quite a lot of noise.

this is not what we booked. The restaurant was closed, the roof top bar closed, the convenience store closed. the gym closed !!! would like compensation. Hotel advised booking .com would deal with it. booking .com says hotel will. which is it ??

I love staying here rather than in a "traditional" hotel room. Rooms are clean, spacious, accommodating with the right amenities (kitchen, dog friendly, etc.). The staff is accommodating and friendly. I came for medical surgery with family and needed a 2 BR, 2 BA and was pleased, except couldn't get "hot" water in the middle of the night. Told staff on way to hospital that morning and was told it would be fixed. Don't let the water situation deter you because that would be a shame because this hotel is wonderful and relaxing. Overall, this hotel is my style and kind of hotel away from home. Thanks BentoLiving / Placemakr!

Just a little disappointed this time with the showers not producing much hot water and DO know how to use these showers. Have stayed here before. Ran shower for awhile experimenting just in case. Didn't want to stay in the shower very long and was washing up well prior to surgery. Hmmm...
