We really enjoyed our stay here. Erinn was real responsive when wenoticed that one of the beds didnt get made and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The cleaning gal was very apologetic and made it right. Easy walking distance to the lake and the pedestrian mall.

We were so pleased with our stay. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Off street parking was a huge plus. Very walkable to Church street, UVM and the lake. Little extras like coffee, creamer and bathroom supplies were so welcome. East check in process and communication was fantastic. Would stay again. Thank you.

This was the perfect location for a stay after a concert at the Flynn. Within walking distance of the concert hall and church street. Cute apartment with a comfortable atmosphere. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely use again!

The property and location were exactly as advertised. It was within walking distance to the waterfront and other town center features, including public transit to the greater Burlington-Montpellier area. The host provided many helpful recommendations for fun things to do while visiting. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to visit Burlington, and would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved our stay. It was just blocks from downtown Burlington. We had easy access to the downtown shopping and dining. Access to I-89 enabled us to make day trips to Stowe and Woodstock. Errin communicated great with us.

We really enjoyed our time in Burlington. This accommodation is in the perfect location to walk to restaurants, the waterfront, Church street, etc. We appreciated the onsite parking. I would say the accommodation substantially fulfilled our needs, however left quite a bit to be desired. Perhaps our experience was out of the norm, but it seems like the unit (building) is in need of some upkeep / general maintenance. We were surprised to find the space wasn't restocked with supplies (toilet paper, kleenex, coffee pods), so reached out to Errin and she provided same day. The space could have been more organized; miscellaneous items were stuffed in the the closets and only dresser drawers in the main bedroom. We had to move blankets, crumpled up sheets, misc. so we could unpack. The bathroom space is tight for a family of 4. We were looking forward to enjoying the front porch space, however it had not been cleaned up with a thick layer of dust. Overall, we really enjoyed the location, parking, ease of check-in (even though I had to reach out to Errin for information less than 24 hrs ahead), but likely wouldn't recommend to a friend.

My best friend and I came for a girl's weekend and this place was perfect. Only two blocks away from the primary downtown, check-in process was seamless, and Erinn was so helpful when we had a small Internet issue that we wanted to fix before the soccer games. Will definitely stay here again

We had a great stay. Unfortunately we had to come for a funeral but they made sure to have the place ready for us since we were arriving a few hours prior to check in. Everything went smoothly and am very thankful for that. Great little place didn’t spend much time there but it was perfect for what we needed. Thank you for making such a difficult time so easy.

Perfect place to stay for walking all over Burlington. Convenient to Church Street, Waterfront Park, and more. Property manager was quite accommodating.

We loved our stay - the location is perfect as it's just a few blocks from the water and a few blocks to the restaurants, shops and cafes on Church St. It is a very quiet property though and the off-street parking for our car was appreciated. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well-organized. Errin was very responsive and helped us with all our queries. I would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again!

For the most part we really enjoyed this property. It was nice and had a charm you can only get from old buildings. The listing had laundry as an amenity and so we packed a limited number of outfits with the idea we’d be able to wash our clothes half way. The day we were checking in, I messaged the owner asking where the laundry was and didn’t get a reply. We finally called her and asked about the laundry. The owner seemed very put out by this request because she would have to call the landlord and he would have to open the laundry room. After about an hour we were able to do laundry. The landlord was very nice. Honestly, laundry shouldn’t be listed as an amenity because it’s not easily accessible or in the unit. Everything else about our stay was good.

Had to drive to Church Street but wasn’t far at all. Clean, comfortable, and spacious
