We really enjoyed out stay! We were in town for family and it is perfectly located to all of downtown activities and food and centrally located to the suburban areas. We did have an issue with the blow up mattress and reached out to property management who replaced the mattress the same morning. Overall, this is a great solution for a family

Two Beds and an air mattress. Not comfortable for 6 people. Who wants to put an air mattress in the living room?

I stayed with my family when we went to a concert and this super cute space was located right across from the venue! Great spot to walk easily around downtown. However, the listing says it sleeps 6 and there is no way to get 6 people...there were 2 beds and the sofa was NOT a sleeper sofa. Otherwise, everything was great and would stay again if I had the right number of people and didn't have to have someone sleep on the couch.

I rented this apartment for the weekend so we could celebrate my husbands birthday downtown. It was perfect and the view was incredible!

A great place to stay in downtown Grand Rapids. The host was wonderful to work with and the location couldn't have been better for food and fun right next to the arena. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there for my next visit as well!

Stayed here a couple nights during the November 2021 comic con. My daughters and girlfriend liked it. Parking was kind of inconvenient, but workable. Key pickup is nuts, but not the craziest I guess. It works.

The whole family found the space to inviting and relaxing. We were close to good food and art. We spent our free time looking out at the fun view and playing games. Would do this again anytime.

This was in the perfect location, everything was clean and in good shape. Parking was across the street and it was very easy to get in and out of! Highly recommend!

Over the years we have stayed in a ton of vacation rentals. This is my first negative review. While the property was fine, beware, the owners are very shady. I was relatively ok with the hourly fee for a checkout past 10 am (though I've never come across that), the next charge was ridiculous and the response even more so. On the last day of my stay on a morning walk the key to the apt that was attached to a card for parking fell out of my pocket. I immediately told the owners, who were unpleasant, and they said they would assess a fee. Next thing I know, there is an unauthorized charge for $388 on my card! We were absolutely willing to pay to replace the lost key/card, but the price was obviously invented. I asked where it says that on the listing (because I looked), and all of a sudden the information appears on the site. Mind you that same info is not on their listings for the other apartments in the same building which use the same kind of key. They said there was the replacement cost and then their cost for the inconvenience. When contacting VRBO they said that once the owners could show us proof of the replacement cost, then that is the only cost we should incur. We wrote this to the owners and they ghosted us...no response at all. The charge is still on our card. Again beware before you rent from Mitten Housing.

Parking was across the street & we wished we had an extra key, just in case we left it inside & walked out the door. Overall, would highly recommend!

The property is beautifully maintained and in a great location that is walking distance to everything Grand Rapids. The beds were extra comfy and living space was very open and welcoming. We only had 2 slightly negative comments: If you are not a sound sleeper, be aware that the unit is close to the elevator and it is noisy. It seemed to be used all night on the weekends. It didn't bother me, but it made it hard for my friend to sleep. The provided towels are small. I would have expected larger towels, but they provided plenty of them so it wasn't a big deal.

My teenage kids and I loved this beautiful high rise place with an amazing view. The location was perfect and we will definitely return to make more memories!

Super clean and nicely set up! Great location to food, breweries, parks, and just strolling around! Had a little trouble with VRBO account and messages but the property management company was incredibly communicative and speedy with responses! Definitely would recommend and stay again- you get a whole apt for the price of a nice hotel stay!
