Beautiful, modern decor.

The hot water was never more than like warm. I would have preferred to have all payment links sent to me beforehand to make checkin more seamless. We had to go to the office to pay the breakage deposit, would have preferred to have that as part of the payment link sent prior.

Excellent staff and especially Hellen who was did the housekeeping for us. She is a gem.

the swimming pool was out of order ,the main reason I rent the place was the swimming pool

It was Spacious and bedding was comfortable.

It has cement view and sometime there was no running water.

Apartment are very good looking - good standard - though some equipment are broken mirror and are not replaced.

No equipment in the kitchen such as glasses, knifes,... To many question by the security even when you are staying within the building. Find it to be invasion of your private life. The view of building A is just another building - no view

I had my own chef

There was no water on 2 days of my stay there.. The hosts were unresponsive on the water issue.. The security is wanting..there was a strange woman that stood outside our apartment for over an hour claiming she s lost..we had to call security to remove her..she was very specific about coming to our apartment number..almost like someone told her prior where she should come.. I was charged for 3 days for cleaning the apartment cleaning but only had cleaning 2 days..I asked for a refund and no one responded..

Wifi in bedroom doesn't work

The property was located in a central location

There many issues with the property : 1. cleanliness : Was very poor. stains on chairs and sofa, had to bedsheet on top to be able to sit . we even saw cacaroch ! 2. ability to get assistance : There was no one available to answer questions . WhatsApp group for help was days late in reply or assistance . promises for assistance were mostly unfulfilled . Had to chase them for days just get a clean towel . couldn’t get help with luggage and I’m 6 months pregnant ! just awful

for both the 2 bed and 1 bed apartment, location was perfect for my needs. cleanliness, secure building, quiet, ample work space. I cannot fault the 2 bed apartment.

improvement needed on customer service specifically if Elsie is on duty - good luck getting a response on anything e.g. maintenance, safety issues etc. Upon checkin, the 1 bed bathroom had an awful smell from a drain with stagnant water. Cleaner did not turn up on said day yet still charged, promised a refund by Betsy - never honoured This left a bad taste on an otherwise 10/10 property.

the support from Management team is sincerely not aligned to what the guest would be looking for and provide all the necessary information to support my stay and not expect me to be asking and begging for support. I am still taken aback by such a facility offering cleaning 2 days per week!! isn't that this demonstration of lack of hygiene? How do you expect that the guest will pay additional cost for a basic cleanliness?

It’s beautiful! Everything was like in the picture plus it was secure. It’s close to the city. The guards are very friendly. The pool is very beautiful. You feel free and safe to also use the gym.

The communication between us and the host was not professional. This made our last week not enjoyable. There is construction work so you wake up real early but that wasn’t the problem. The problem was getting ignored when you ask for something on whatsapp. It made us so sad that if you ask for something you just didn’t get a respond. I can understand that if you can’t change the situation thats already there you don’t really know what to say. But communicate this with us so we know whats happening. the first situation was asking if we could maybe switch appartement because the noise was waking us up. This got ignored and never got back to us. Like i said if you can’t change a situation just say so no hard feelings. the second situation was we had no gas for at least a week. we asked for gas on a Wednesday and we were told that it would get replaced in the morning. In the meantime we could use the two electric stove. Mind you that this electric stove was too small for the big pans they had. No problem we just kept cooking one thing at a time we on vacation no hurry. but then 4 days went by .. We didn’t wanna complain a lot so we just watched and waited so we asked again. someone came to check it out and said that there was nobody to replace it so it will happen the next day. again this never happend and 2 days later we went to the office to complain. the woman that was working that day gave us the gas of another appartement that was leaving that day. we had to do all that just for gas. we paid for 21 nights. we don’t expect to have the royalty treatment but at least treat us like your guest. this was so rude that no one even checked up on us or anything. we also noticed that our water was cold. so we just kept showering with cold water. because the way we were getting ignored on whatsapp made us not to say a single thing. they didn’t even look for a solution and just left it for what it is. i even left the whatsapp group cause i really felt disrespected.

Nice, spacious, clean and organized to standards

Didn’t like it when cleaning team took away a cooker stove part to replace it and they didn’t inform us as house users. It’s always good to leave a note when something is taken out in the absence of the home user.

The apartment is of very good quality. The place is very quiet. Lost of shared and open spaces if you just to take a walk outside the apartment Every staff I interacted with was polite and friendly.

laundry - It is a shared washer and it was difficult to get availability. It is one washer shared by too many apartments. Water in the shower - it seems the central boiler is shared with another apartment. Late evening sometimes the water would ran cold. The apartment had some door handles, switches, etc that have fallen off. These reduced the overall outlook of quality. Kitchen - pots and pans were due for a replacement.

The apartment had perfect security,located in a nice place.very comfortable for stay.Cleaner came twice during my stay which was reasonable.Enjoyed my stay definitely would recommend.

the apartment should be maintained,stains on the chair don’t come off made the sitting area look a bit odd.Maybe bit more of drinking glasses should be added and cooking pots.

Security and location.

Wifi wasn't working in the bedrooms; only in the living area. Also, my bed (master bedroom) was ricketty and squeeky (making too much noise just by sitting on it.)
