The location of the property was great!
There was an issue with bugs which I identified as Bedbugs. However, maintenance was sent in and we were never informed if they confirmed the bugs as Bedbugs. Meanwhile, the rooms were left in disarray.

The location was great!
The property and furniture needs updating. There are two bathrooms; however, the showers won’t get hot or lukewarm at the same time. There is an odor that smells as of the apartment was closed up for a while. Apparently, there was a lock on the thermostat that wouldn’t allow me to control the temperature.

Place was very tidy and clean
Not for older folks who would have hard time taking the stairs up and down the 3rd floor

I liked that it was actually what was pictured, everythy was functionable and that on moments of downtime there was a pool to relax at without having to leave the property.
I didn't like that it was on the third floor and the fact that the maintenance people came around spraying the hallways with bleach I believe which there was no warning for. The one time it actually came in under the front door which concerned me.

The connivence of everything was amazing. Only 8 minutes from the beach and local grocery stores.
