Location was ideal.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. Guest services were very accommodating for extra blankets and towels.

Could use some additional parking. We had to park a bit away at night.

We were always warmly greeted either coming or going. They were friendly and enjoyed talking to every guest. There was ALWAYS someone at the front desk. The breakfast was always hot, kept foods replenished and clean. The grounds and inside was very well maintained and cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and clean! We didn't use the pool as it was too cold but pool towels were readily available by the pool door. We will surely use this hotel for our stays!

Checking in was a breeze. I cannot remember the lady's name but she was superb.

The staff was excellent. They were great and offered support throughout our stay. I even received a kind text checking in with us. The beds in outlr room came with soft and firm pillows. I stayed for a weekend. The breakfast and attendant was good. It is a pretty standard breakfast selection but not gourmet. The attendant is very kind and helpful. Thank you all!

This is mrytle beach and many hotels/resorts are dated and have had numerous renovations. The room was nice and fresh but you can tell that it was a dated renovation. But this is nothing against the hotel.

I like the hotel I always try and stay at the Holiday Inn Express if available. So, there is nothing i did not like.

The convenience to all attractions and entertainment etc, the location is fantastic. The pool was very nice, most staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good for fast and convenience.

Air conditioning was on way high, coming in from pool can be alarming. Some dust found on top of headboards. Pool needs powerwashing in the corners and can be cleaned more frequently. Breakfast was a lil cluttering of people in small area, need more choices not same everyday.
