the owner is very helpful specially the brother that came to welcome us.

the tv was hard to work or we never manage to use.

need to improve the cleanliness of the room

the property was in a safe location with security on site 24 hours a day.

The toilet was leaking and didn’t always flush properly.

the location is very convenient as it’s close to Ayala Feliz Mall

the Unit needs regular pest control as we saw a lot of little cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay

- Location - near malls, supermarkets - Easy to communicate with owner - Security and other staff in the neighborhood were nice - Distilled water provided - Washing machine - Pool usage allowed

- Apartment was handed over on a dirty state (dirt and dust everywhere, surfaces/mirrors dirty, cabinets/drawers with dust and other types of dirt in them, paintings and sofa extremely dusty).. We needed to buy cleaning materials and clean the apartment or else we couldn't stay.. - No parking - Kitchen was not exactly complete, only 1 fork, no knives etc. - Little cockroaches even if we sprayed insecticide - Nowhere to hang towels inside the apartment

The property was clean and close to shopping Mall and grocery. And the guard was very nice and helpful.
