Location was central and was able to accommodate our big group.

Very poor communication with the check in process. We got a door code to gain entrance into the building. Once we were inside, we did not know what to do. There was no instruction as to which door should we enter. We had to ask a resident in the building to help us. The next day, we can no longer enter the main door. Door code was changed. This was at midnight, we have no one to call. Good thing another resident recognized us and let us all in. I called the property manager the next day and he said that we did not have the right code. It was changed! We were not informed of this. As for the property, the doors in two of the showers were not properly installed so water was everywhere on the floor and on the toilet when you take a shower. We did not want this to ruin our vacation so we made it work. But, location wise, it was great. Very accessible. The place was clean. Easy access to restaurants and public transport.

arrived to a pile of dirty laundry from the previous guests. messaged the owner several times with no response. weather was incredibly hot and there was no air conditioning or mention of trying to assist with the heat. complete disrespect and lack of attention from owner. couldn’t recommend not staying here more!

The bed is covered with hair. The kettle is very dirty. There is no hand sanitizer or bath liquid and so on.

Staff asks me photo of my credit card! It is not legal!!!
