kitchenware was very dirty. leftover ice from other groups.

The house is in a great, convenient location very close to Shin-Okubo Station. The living room area is very large and comfortable. We had 8 people but there was enough seating space for a larger group. The rooms are very clean and plenty of bedding supplies. And there's ashtrays outside the front and on the balconies. Very clean house. Also, Li-the owner/manager is very nice and patient. She responds to all messages very quickly. I will be back.
