استلام المكان متأخر جداً ....لا يهتم احد بالضيف ..يوجد عدم ترتيب بخصوص مستخدمي بوكينج - الاتصال اكثر من مرة بالمكان لتحديد الشقة ولا أحد يهتم - كانت تجربة سيئة ولن اكررها ابدا لا انصح اي عائلة بالتعامل مع سرايا الترام مرة اخرى

Everything was available, neat and clean room. Warm water, tv, kitchen, kitchen things. Everything was in order. I recommend coming here. Shops, restaurants stores are also nearby, very safe and comfortable.

I don’t see anything missing

Честно, не ожидали такого хорошего варианта за небольшие деньги! Изначально хотели снять квартиру в центре, но на эти апартаменты цена была в три раза меньше, решили рискнуть и не пожалели. На сэкономленные деньги питались в ресторанах и ездили на такси. Большая чистая квартира, удобные кровати, балкон с видом на море, хороший интернет. Две спальни, в каждой две односпальные кровати, одна из спален с балконом с видом на море. Гостиная с большим диваном и обеденным столом. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер. Новая ванная комната, просторная, видно, что хозяин заботиться о своем жилище и улучшает его. На отдельной кухне газовая плита, холодильник, микроволновка, электрочайник и посуда, можно готовить. Есть даже турка для кофе! При заселении управляющие выдали одноразовые гигиенические принадлежности - шампунь, гель для душа, принадлежности для бритья, мочалку, даже зубные щётки и пасту, тапочки, полотенца. Также предоставили питьевую воду, пепси, чай, кофе. Удобное расположение, тихий район, до центра минут 15-20 на Убере. До Монтазы тоже минут 10. Для тех, кто экономит на транспорте - рядом с домом трамвайная остановка, можно доехать до центра. Также видела, что ходят автобусы и маршрутки. Рядом с домом продуктовые магазины, где покупали все для завтрака - яйца, сыр, хлеб, воду. В соседних домах рестораны - пицца и гриль, пиццу могут доставить на дом.

The unit on the ground floor and there is no good natural ventilation

The room was very spacious. Location was superb. We got free soft drinks, a big bottle of water, and a big box of some essentials like soap, toothbrush, sponges and even matches. Room was very clean. The apartment is overseeing the sea.

It was the first time to stay in Saraya Eltram. The apartment was very clean. Spacious 2 bedrooms and a lounge. Fully equipped kitchen. Very good location. Different restaurants, coffees and supermarket in the area. It was a couple of minutes walking from the tram station Unfortunately, there was a bad thunder storm 1 day after we arrived. The lift wasn't working. I contacted 2 ladies to sort the matter out. Miss Yosra and another lady. (I can't remember her name ). Both of them were very professional, prompt and kind. They moved us to a different 3 bedrooms apartment on the same day. They sent 2 gentlemen to help us with the luggages. There were 2 lifts in the building. The apartment was very clean. It has 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.

For the price i can probably recommend this place. Location is a tough find down an alley with no signage at all. Then you find/wait for the manager to let you in. Our room had issues that i believe were already known to the owner but in his defense he did respond quickly and solved our problem. They really do not seem to want anything to do with the renters /tourists. There was a bag waiting for us with toiletries and even some water and snacks..not bad especially for the price. The neighborhood was local with no tourists and actually quite fun and friendly. If you need a cheap place for a night or two this might work.

With just a little effort this could be much better. No place to store clothes..but there is a huge fridge taking all the space in a small room. A washing machine but no place to dry your clothes. A sign out front would make a huge difference.
