All the staff went out of there way to ensure we were comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant. Rooms were cleaned. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very good value for money.

First room had a leak in the bathroom but the hotel was very quick to change the room. Got a free upgrade also.

The rooms were neat and clean with free wifi services. The food was also good. The hotel was 5-7 mins away from Surat railway station and bus stand. It also has quick access to ring road. The staff were very courteous, flexible and we're always available to offer the service with quick turnaround.

The rooms were small.

Everything is the worst useless place to stay, Communications in The Front office and guest handling is very poor. below standard

This was a trip to hell. Feel I've endured the worst experience possible in my 50+ years of travel and staying at hotels. Never, never, never again... Extremely rude staff, dingy rooms, hopeless food, callous, care a damn attitude of the management. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
