This property is the best studio ski condo I have ever rented. It lives almost like a one bedroom. With the full sized kitchen, separate dining area, large living/sleeping area and a wonderful, heated sunroom with large windows overlooking the mountains and occasional wildlife visitors. Parking is only steps away which comes in handy after a hard day of skiing. The property is centrally located to the major ski areas from Keystone, Breck to Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek. All the conveniences for shopping, dining etc are within a 10 minute drive in Silverthorne, Dillon or Frisco (Breck is not far away either). The hosts are always available for questions if needed and are very responsive. I really enjoyed my 2 month winter ski season at this property!!!!

My fiancé and my friend stayed at Shred City for two nights and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. We we’re in town for a music/mountain festival in Frisco and we had such an amazing time. Highly recommend this rental if you’re in town 💕

An absolutely beautiful condo overlooking Silverthorne and Lake Dillon. We had a wonderful New Years and enjoyed seeing the blanket of snow covering the field behind the condo and the town. Everything went so smoothly due to April and Cliff’s careful consideration of our family (4 people) and their accommodation. The condo was decorated beautifully, and we enjoyed staying there. We will definitely visit again!

After staying here once, I decided I wanted to extend my stay in the area and was luckily able to book Shred City for a few more days. Hopefully I'll be back during ski season!

I loved this space! April and Cliff were great to communicate with, the kitchen is well-outfitted, and drinking my coffee in the sunroom in the morning while looking out over the mountains was such as lovely way to start the day, especially after a great night's sleep on the comfortable mattress and being able to close the blackout curtains (great if you're recovering from a little jet lag). Location is great too - easy access to hiking and mountain biking, as well as close to town!

I extended my trip and was able to book a consecutive stay at the condo and I was so thankful! April is such a great host and so accommodating. This will definitely be a go-to spot for me for any future vacations in the area.

Waking up with a view of the mountains is so peaceful. Then just a short drive and you're either in town, or on a trail. Coming back in the winter for a week to snowboard and to shred.

The view is AMAZING! Each day when I woke up I just laid in bed for a while soaking in the mountain beauty. I've stayed all over and have not found a better view. It was close to the resorts, and we hit A-Basin, Keystone, and Breck all within a short drive. Everything else about the place was great too. The hot water never ran out, it was clean, had all the stuff in the kitchen we needed, and you can tell the owners take care of the place. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our one night, extra stay during a huge storm that hit and caused our flights to be cancelled. We were about to be stuck without a place but luckily found this. The host was quick to respond, the location was great to travel in and out of, and there were food options nearby.

It was close enough to everything where I could easily get to the mountains for boarding within twenty minutes but secluded enough that at night I could relax with absolutely no interference. April was amazing from the moment I booked making sure that I had everything I needed and even made sure I was safe when a huge storm came through the area. I can not say enough about April and this place. I’ll never forget waking up every morning to the beautiful sunrise right outside my windows. 100% would recommend.

Very nice studio , Owner was more then helpfull and very easy to reach anytime , very clean, warm and easy to find . If I go back to that area will go back for sure.

Great place for family of 3 for a weekend in the beautiful mountains!

The location of the studio is near 70 and 6, which can get you to near by towns quickly. The studio is on a hill in a nice quiet neighborhood, with access to a trails within walking distance. The view from the sunroom is wonderful, you can see Ten Mile range, a little of Dillon dam, Mount Royal in Frisco and so many more. There are also several Aspens right outside. The wildlife is active, I saw a fox on more than one occasion from the window and patio. The studio had everything I needed for my month long stay, I was able to cook meals in the fully functional kitchen. There is a smallish yet comfortable bed and futon in the living room, which is on a lower level from the kitchen and dining. There is a TV in the living room with access to cable and Netflix. The bathroom was snug but stocked with tons of towels. April was an great host, she always responded quickly and was willing to assist in anyway possible to make my stay comfortable. Lastly, the cleaning service was amazing, the woman who cleaned mid-visit, left the place cleaner than when I originally checked in. I highly recommend this cozy little spot to anyone traveling along or in a group. I'd stay there again with friends and family.

My family of 3 had a wonderful stay in this charming condo. Very clean, updated with everything in working order. It was very spacious and the sun room made for great views. Location made for short scenic drives to Keyston, Lake Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge. Great communication and instructions for easy check-in. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this location! This place was a peaceful and perfect retreat in between my hikes over the weekend. I really enjoyed the sunroom and the gorgeous views of the Aspens outside. I will be back again!

What a gorgeous part of the world. April is a wonderful host and provided helpful restaurant and trail recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Her beautiful condo was well stocked and had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect- gorgeous views and easy access to Silverthorne, Dillion and Frisco. Our stay could not have gone more smoothly! April and Cliff supplied us with everything promised and more! The home was very nice and clean inside and out.The location was right in the middle of at least 6 ski resorts with easy access to the highway from our quiet street. There is a wonderful hiking trail right out back where lots of wildlife can be found. We really enjoyed sitting in the sunroom overlooking the wilderness with breathtaking views of the mountains. I recommend this house in any season. I definitely plan on revisiting.
