교통이 너무 좋았습니다. 또한 직원분들도 친절하셨습니다 ~ 청소하시는분도 항상웃는얼굴로 친절하셨어요. 매일 침대시트를 갈아주셔서 좋았어요 .

방에 책상이 없어서 좀 불편했어요.

Location

The bed was to hard and uncomfortable and one pillow was not enough, but we did ask for more and received it.

Staff is very kind and location is perfect since the subway is just across the street. The bed was very comfortable.

Amazing location, very close to Seongsu station exit 3. The area is well known for its excellent bakeries and it’s a close walk to many amazing breakfast pastry shops.

It wasn’t until our last day when I realized there was a cold water and ice machine on the first floor. Wish I had known earlier.

The location is perfect. It’s near the train station but the station has no elevator. If you carry a big and heavy luggage like me, it will be tough. Fortunately, the road to hotel is flat so you will have only one tough mission. lol The staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean. There are convenient store, Gong Cha, and cafe near hotel. You do not worry about what to eat! It’s quiet at night and early morning. You can sleep without any noise.

The room is quite small. If you have mor than 2 big luggage, you cannot open them in the same time. In the bathroom, there is no doormat or foot scraper so the bathroom floor is always wet and you will walk out from bathroom with wet feet.

The price is not too expensive and the location is convenient with access to public transportation. It is situated in a neighborhood with a great location that is interesting because it is an old town area, but there are also plenty of shops such as convenience stores, shopping stores, and cute cafes. If you want to go out at night, there are also plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Sometimes I feel exposed because some parts of the walls are made of glass, and I feel like people from the opposite building can see through.

It is super clean and conveniently located in a close distance to bus stops, Busan station and attractions. My room was on the 11th floor (just below the penthouse) and that’s why I had a beautiful view to the city.

Good location, next to station with escalator exit. Good price. Large room. Large bed. Quiet at night.

It would be nice to have a shower curtain. They should emphasize No toothbrush & toothpaste would be provided. But you can buy at the hotel or the convenience store nearby.

Hotel Poco was very centrally located. Less than 2 minutes away from subway station and surrounded by a wide variety of cafes/restaurants. The staff were very friendly and always provided assistance to help make my experience more enjoyable.

Hotel Poco does not provide breakfast/food to room service. There were some evenings when I didn't want to leave my hotel room just to eat and would have preferred a comfortable meal send up to my room after a long day of exploring. However, there were lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and it was not too much of an inconvenience.

Staff were friendly, great cafes nearby. Lovely smell in the hotel when you enter.

Some days my water bottles were not replenished. Vacuuming was sometimes not consistent.

Nothing

It's not a hotel, it's basically a motel with the horrible chlorine smell and not so clean bathroom. Rooms look nothing like on the photos, it's more of a prison cell type of situation with hard bed, 2 tiny pillows and white walls with paint stains all over them. Bathroom is tiny and wasn't super clean, corners look dirty and slimy.
