this facility was not up to par with the description. He arrived, and the location was dirty, full of cockroaches and smell like grease. We called the owner to rectify the problems or refund us the 800 plus deposit or for a relocation option as a second option, but she went off saying that we were harassing her. She scammed us by keeping the deposit through Zelle and never sending us a refund. you’re better off frontier a nice hotel room or going on another app. Says booking has not been helpful at all. Trying to get us a refund or supporting us when we were out of a place to stay.

Decent house. Clean.

The manager is trying to scam us. Trying to keep our $350 deposit. We left the place spotless .. barely spent any time in there since we were attending a family event all weekend and she sent us pics with old scrapes on sofa, old tear on pillowcase .. will definitely reach out to others who have rented there to see if she has tried pulling same stunt with them. Will definitely be fighting the charge.. I do not understand why people feel the need to do such things

has nice space was very comfortable for a group of people. the location was nice and close to many store definitely would book again.
