The front desk staff was very nice, with the exception of one gentleman, I can’t think of the 2 young ladies names at the front desk, they were awesome. Housekeeping was extremely snappy as I tried to ask for a towel when she was in the next room cleaning. I will definitely return.

The staff was very helpful in accom. A dating for me. It was a very short sta but anything that I asked for they made sure that I was able to get it

Property and rooms were well maintained. Desk and other staff were helpful and friendly.

We chose this hotel because it had a hot tub,but that did not work. It doesn’t say that on your website our sink was leaking,we fixed that,we had no shampoo. I had went to the front desk and told him all this and asked if we could get an upgrade or something else because we are paying for amenities that we can’t use. Not a good overall experience. I will but a review on yelp and all

We really enjoyed our stay. I loved the breakfast and the kitchen/hospitality team was so amazing!

We were looking for a relaxing overnight stay as we traveled through Maryland. We arrived at about 7 pm. Our room was directly above the banquet room in which a very loud and boisterous event was being held. Finally at 10 pm, the noise stopped. 8 a m the next morning the event as well as the noise continued. The inconvenience could have very easily been avoided by booking the rooms that would be bothered by noise to those who were attending the event. When I brought the problem to the attention of the management, I was told they have no idea who was going to be attending the event. Anyone who knows anything about the hospitality industry, knows that when an event is booked, a block of rooms are also made available. The hotel room was great as far as furniture and cleanliness, customer service is awful. Will not be staying again at this location!

No complaints!

We stayed here while we visited U Md. It was very convenient, easy to get to driving on unfamiliar roads and close to many restaurants and shops.

Front desk people were nice. There were no safes in the rooms. They said they would bring me one but never did. Door was very difficult to lock. It was an OK stay but I’d probably stay somewhere else next time.

My stay always Excellent friendly staff

Convenient location if you don’t want to spend the extra money to stay in DC. Some interesting tourist spots nearby like NASA Goddard Visitor Center. Nothing fancy, but nice to not have to worry about paying for parking etc.

I would especially like to thank Shafaa and Krunal for helping us with our arrival. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we couldn’t check in until 5:00 a.m. the next morning. They made adjustments to our reservation because of the inconvenience and made sure we had a room that was ready for us when we arrived. We had a great experience and are grateful for such a wonderful staff.

Room was spacious & quiet.

I didn’t not like there being no USB ports in the rooms.

Gi Gi’s chicken wings are delicious. They are a must try if you stay here.

Nice hotel. Would definitely stay again

The ac in my room didn’t work. Also the jets or heater in the hot tub was broke. The ice machine only worked on one floor, the others was broke. And to top it off a fire alarm went off at 3:50 am in the morning all over the hotel that they couldn’t shut off for a hour and guest was leaving and really upset. When I made a complaint the manager lied so I wouldn’t be able to get my money back . Worse experience ever !

Seemed somewhat dirty and out of date. The staff was nice and helpful though

First off staff was awesome and very friendly. Hotel temperature was like 78 degrees thru out hotel. So hot in elevators and hallways. Breakfast was not included in stay, so no continental breakfast, indoor swimming pool was cold, the heater was broken. The meeting room had guests and they were so loud that you could hear it 2 floors up.
