Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional!

The windows need to be cleaned more often.

The breakfast was basic but understandable of your choice u could buy breakfast from there , prices was reasonable the only thing about the free breakfast u can get as much as u like

Everything was perfect when I went there everything was clean

It was clean as usual and quiet.

The sink didn't drain properly and I didn't have hot water 😔

People with dogs should be aware that the charge is $100. Also most pet friendly rooms are in a corridor adjacent to the pool with attendant issues.The "breakfast" was skimpy at best. But you could pay extra to get a decent meal.

I appreciate the maintenance staff at the Sonesta Select hotel in Greenbelt, MD. They are quick to respond. If I request access to a microwave, they bring me one.

Once the toilet in my room stopped working. That was inconvenient. However, the maintenance staff shows up quickly. When they couldn't fix it immediately, they arranged for us to be moved to another room.

I enjoy interacting with the staff at Sonesta Select. They are always courteous, respectful and kind. By now, I have stayed at Sonesta Select so many times, it is like a second home for me.

There was a time when the people in the connecting room (my room was connected to the next room by a locked door) were very, very loud and had lots of people coming in and out at night. Sonesta Select has a 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Quiet policy. I complained to the front desk. At first, the people in this room did not quiet down once he talked to them, but I complained again (because I had to leave for work early in the morning) and he talked to them again. This time they quieted down. Now, I just try to avoid connecting rooms.
