This house was extremely clean, comfortable, and in a quiet and safe area close to the train station. It is only a 2 min walk to a grocery store and 3 min walk to Family Mart. Hori, the owner, was the best! She provided everything that we needed and was very responsive prior and during our stay. The house has 4 toilets, 2 showers, and a washing machine with drying function. The house is very well taken care of. Everythjng is new and worked perfectly. Thank you, Hori!!!

I will definitely choose staying here again for next visit!!! It is one of my greatest experiences to stay this cozy but traditional Japanese style house in Kyoto.

Everything is perfect!!!

The house was much bigger than I expected. There were many heaters and even kotatsu so that we were very comfortable in spite of the cold weather. There was a nice kitchen, kitchen utensils, spices and seasonings so that I was able to cook for my kids with any difficulty.
