Bed was comfy. Minimal noise from neighbors. Kitchen had enough equipment/utensils for what I needed for the weekend. Owners quick to respond to messages

Flat was in need of some TLC, the main bathroom had a smell - either damp or been closed up too long. Paint was about ready to come of from the walls in the bathroom too. Overall it reminded me of a Student flat. Both toilet seats moved however owners did say they would fix along with one of the wardrobes which looked like it may topple if you put clothes in.

Great location, size of apartment was totally ok, clean and very comfy beds. I raised a few points with the admin team and response was quick and polite.

The property is tired, needs TLC, main door to building was dangerous, main bathroom wall needed tiled, wardrobe in double room needed adjustments made. Walls a paint and tiles or something in the kitchen. As l say just attention to details, but minor really

Good location, easy to access.

Issues with hot water but owner did respond quickly. Had to wash glasses before we could use.

The location was accessible to places that we wanted to visit. The property has the amenities needed for the duration of our stay. The wifi was straightforward to connect to. The owner was ever so helpful as we got lost coming into the area of the property.

The window was a bit of a challenge to figure out how to open it. There was no fire alarm, the dining table was wobbly, we have to bother the owner to sort out the water heating, the bathroom mirrors were not “petite people” friendly.

Smart flat, close to station. Comfortable.
