This was such a great spot! Great location and clean! The bonus was the parking spot under the building on those freezing days! We have already recommended this condo to family in the area and would stay here again next time we are there!

This apartment was just as advertised. It is clean, safe, and comfortable with all desired amenities. Check-in and out were easy and straightforward. The host is very responsive and welcoming.

Amazing
This was so easy! The directions to parking and entering the building were spot on. It is a wonderful location with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. My only issue and this would be a matter of opinion. The master bed and the couch were terribly uncomfortable. My kids even complained about the couch. Overall we had a great time and place was excellent!

Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Metro and el trains, visitors to the North Shore or Chicago can't go wrong. The property manager, Michelle, was accessible and friendly. She answered our questions prior to our arrival and checked in with us periodically to assure our stay was perfect. It was!!!

Great rental near Northwestern
We stayed here while moving our son into Northwestern. The apartment is in the perfect location, walking distance to downtown Evanston (Target, coffee shops, Whole Foods, restaurants, L station) and NU campus. We loved having a full kitchen, laundry, and big TV in the unit. One thing to note, there is no AT&T cell service in the unit so it’s helpful to write down the WiFi code before you arrive. We ended up using the internet to make phone calls instead, so it all worked out once we logged onto WiFi. Great place to stay while visiting Northwestern!

Perfect
We would definitely come back. Everything was great. This property was stocked with supplies and amenities we didn’t even know we needed. And what a great deal! I don’t know about the kids’ beds, but the bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable.

During our stay the microwave door broke and they were very responsive to getting it fixed quickly. The only downside of this space is the living room windows face the alley so you can hear the beeping of the trash truck on trash day. You will also here the trash bins being rolled across the hallway above you the night before trash day. Overall though this is an excellent location in the heart of downtown Evanston, so it is easy to walk to anything you need.

Nice change of scenery
I booked this stay just to get away from my house for a little while. The property worked great for me and was generally very comfortable. The Wi-fi speed worked well to allow me to work and do video calls while I was there. The unit is about a 7-10 minute walk to some of the restaurants in what I assume would be the "downtown" area of Evanston. It was great to have parking in the garage of the building.
