No soap available in the washroom ,no tooth paste or no shampoo.

What is advertised online is not what is on the ground. The rooms are dirty, the beds are not comfortable

The room was ok and I have been using it every now and then..
The staff were a mismatch for the hospitality industry...
Like they started insisting on the hard copy of Emirates I'd..which is not mentioned anywhere.. even the booking.com said they have no such things in their contract with (warsan star)
They have asked for the original id which they photograph using the mobile, but they haven't mentioned anything about hard or soft copy, also once the room is booked then they should have some consideration but their behaviour was bossy..

You have supervisor filipino is bad service and he meke sim woner only talk for phone and l tell him change room because room is not clean and crocket and kitchen not light and you. Have only hot water and ac very hot son

worst service ...they will show you dirty room and if you want to change they will ask extra money

The room was not as shown in the website...really disappointed when entered room. Really bad room with bugs and crockroch in room and bathroom., curtain was damaged, no toilet accessories in bathroom, ceiling of the bathroon was open where you see the pipes etc...altogether it was not a professional approach.

Ive asked more time becouse of the fire alarm turned on all night and i couldent sleep and the staff didint gave more time .
i was so upset . if i slept in my car it will be better than this stay.
