First day at room 406 walked in and huge roach on kitchen cabinet. From Feb 11 to 18 stayed in a room not as described by my booking. Staff said he would give me another room on Monday 14 Feb. I was with my sister in law and daughter. My rental was one Queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There was no sofa bed and no living room. So in order to spend time on Valentine's day with my wife I had to rent out a room elsewhere. Will never book there again. Not satisfied at all.

Nothing at all. Very bad choice of rental place. Even the name is wrong. It is Prince Plaza not Bright Makati Glassview.

Close to the Mall and shopping

The building is old, but foreign owners are trying to maintain a comfortable living environment. The location is highly superior and there is no stress indoors.

The amount of water in the shower is not enough. This is common in such old buildings.
