This was just perfect for us. Fully equipped apartment, very clean and a access to a pool.

Great experience, we selected this unit as accommodations for a UF football game weekend. Everything was seamless. Will definitely consider this unit in the future.

The very close proximity to the hospital made it so easy to go back and forth throughout our stay. The place is very spacious and nicely appointed. The property manager, Cindy, was so kind, accommodating and just an incredible host. Definitely recommend this place!

The condo is clean,comfortable and well equipped. Cindy is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the hospital and the University. It was a good home away from home for a week of sightseeing in Gainesville and the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to spend time in Gainesville.

This was a nice Condo located within walking distance of several of hospitals. It’s generally pretty quiet other than some road noise. Having stayed in several different condos in the area, everyone’s comment was the beds were very comfortable which isn’t often the case.

I was so satisfied with my stay. The apartment made me feel like staying at home. There are plenty of supplies; the apartment is spacious and very convenient too.
I will definitely check it out next time when I’m in the area.

The listed property represented exactly what it shows and much more. Everything was immaculate, clean and organized. All communications and directions were clear and precise. The interior was beautifully colored coordinated and everything was it is place. Everything was modern and working, plus additional kitchen supplies and even personal hygiene products available. Most definitely would recommend. Cynthia was awesome!

We had an unexpected change of plans when first arriving and we weren't able to see my son as planned, instead of driving around for 7 hrs we were able to check in early thank goodness to Cindy for that! The location is great, ready to get wherever you need to easily. We were comfortable and felt safe during our stay. There is usual traffic sounds you would expect but nothing extremely loud/annoying. Beds were comfortable to me! AC works great, plenty of hot water to go around, internet worked awesome as well. I would consider staying there again if I ever found myself in Gainesville on the future! Thanks again Cindy & Rich!

The location is great, ready to get wherever you need to easily. We were comfortable and felt safe during our stay. There is usual traffic sounds you would expect but nothing extremely loud/annoying. Beds were comfortable to me! AC works great, plenty of hot water to go around, internet worked awesome as well. This first floor condo unit seemed clean (hard surfaces). It’s very close to Shands and the VA hospital. It is directly adjacent to a busy street and also the entrance driveway to the complex and pool. Noise was a problem during the night. It has 2 front doors, neither of which sealed when closed. This probably contributed to the noise. You could see daylight around the edges of the main door when closed. It needs updates badly and new carpet in the bedrooms and new doors (including the sliding doors in the bedroom and living room) would go a long way to making it comfortable, quieter, and safer. Although parking and access was easy, we will not be renting it again. It may be suitable for young people staying one night for a football game and partying.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and in place. Surprisingly very well stocked as well. The access and departure instructions were easy. It is located very close to Shands and close to anything Gainesville. Thank you for a great stay.
