This is a good set up for a family, two bedrooms two bathrooms, laundry, a full kitchen, a nice dining space and a nice living room. Unfortunately the king size bed frame was broken, which made for a pretty uncomfortable five nights at altitude. There are a lot of little things that took away from the experience a bit. The best part of this unit was the location as we were able to catch the bus right outside or we even just walked to the slopes. The management company was good to work with! Would I stay here again, probably not.

Location was great, but unit had a couple of issues. The day we arrived we reported an issue with the tv not working correctly. We understand it was during the Holiday, but we also paid a high premium for our Holiday stay which was to include enjoying the football games. We ended up bringing the tiny tv from a bedroom into the living room and watching it there. Maintenance did come the next day, but was only able to tell us the tv needed replaced and he would reach out to the owner. That did not help our stay. The other issue was the noise in the smaller bedroom. The headboards are up against a window that is at the landing for the outside stairs. There were people coming in and out of the property as late as 2am and then others as early as 6am to include shoveling, (appreciated, but not the noise). Since the stairs are metal and only a layer of glass was between us and them, you could hear everything. We were not able to get a good night’s sleep the entire stay in that room. None of the blinds worked in the living room either. We had to prop up the shade to watch the snow coming down outside. Our issues were not by any means an emergency, so I understand trying to triage your maintenance people, but again, we paid a high premium for this rental.
We are VRBO hosts ourselves so we understand issues come up. But as soon as they do, we take care of whatever we need to immediately. The maintenance did communicate back, but the issues were never resolved during our stay.

Everything was great and beautiful but the furnace run the entire time we stayed here. We are HVAC people. I feel like this may have been an on going problem due to every closet in the bedrooms had two fans. only suggestion would be to fix that and I would most certainly give this place 5 stars. Close to downtown Breckenridge so you could walk to almost everything. Had a great time would go here again just hope this issue is fixed

This was the perfect getaway for my daughter and me. We loved the location that was super close for shopping and restaurants. The hot tub was AMAZING. It was really nice to have a private space to relax. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The furniture and tubs were a little dated, but things were clean and very comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful location and great space, it has a hot tub on the patio, but if you have allergies to chlorine the smell may bother some folks in your party. Furniture is older and rustic, and their is a unit above where the occupant is heavy footed. It did not bother us, but may bother some.

Had a really enjoyable stay here. The location was perfect, short walk to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street. Some of the other reviews mentioned the carpet being worn and stained, and while it was it felt clean overall. The fireplace was great, as was the hot tub. Loved that the bedrooms had blackout shades. The garage was really convenient as well. We brought our 20 month old and there wasn’t too much stuff around for her to get into, and the second bedroom with 2 twins beds had plenty of space to set up a pack n play and the blackout shades kept it dark enough for naptime. The only downside is I didn’t find the king bed particularly comfortable, but overall I recommend it and would likely stay here again since everything else was great.

Great location, easy walk to the Quicksilver chair. Plenty of space for a family of 4. We really enjoyed the private hot tub. Overall the condo was in good condition. The carpet in the main room needs a little attention.

The condo was very nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub!. It was a short walk to town as advertised. Unfortunately it was a little farther from the closest lift then we would’ve like. Next time we will try to figure out the shuttle time schedule so we don’t have to walk so far.

Location, Location, Location is something I can say about our stay. Very easy to locate and close to Peak 9 lifts (Village and Beaver Run) and Breck Main St. Easy drive to these locations, but can also be walked to if desired. Better to walk around town, as parking can be tight especially midday.There is a FreeBus stop right next to the condo complex that can take you to the lifts or anywhere around town.Condo was spacious enough for our family of 6 and management was great with any questions / concerns we had during the trip. We had a slight issue with our washing machine, but that was remedied right away. Kitchen was well equipped for any meals that we stayed in for.Most of all, we loved to short walking distance to Main Street. There is a back gate, out of the complex, that makes the walk even shorter.Well worth booking if you want to be close to everything in Breck, especially Peak 9 area.

Our stay at The Corral #210W was great. The condo was clean and spacious and the location was great -- about 7 minute walk to the lifts, close to shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a great fireplace. Only hiccup was that a few of the electrical sockets did not work in the kitchen and the shampoo/conditioner was limited.

We came up for the Wine Classic and had a blast! The property was close to downtown and several trails. The private hot tub was also a nice touch.

Loved that the property is so close to downtown. We parked the car in the garage and walked everywhere. The unit was quiet and clean. We did use the hot tub and loved it on a summer evening. Kitchen had all that we needed, appliances seemed new. Laundry has full sized machines which is a plus. The complex us well-cared for and very quiet during our stay.

The house is located off of Main Street which is so convenient to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The condo nicely decorated, clean, and has a hot tub which we didn't get to use much as it was hot outside during out stay. It was a bit warm during our stay even with the box fans provided. We highly recommend having AC window unit or fans to circulate cooler air in especially for the smaller front bedroom with two twin beds.
The condo location was great to walk around and not far from the nearby hiking trails.

Chose this unit for the private hot tub which was so filthy no one wanted to use.
Obvious sewer problems, bad oder in unit was unpleasant to say the least.
Mattresses really need updating/ really lumpy and uncomfortable
